Taxis in Gullane, East Lothian

Very poor performance I thought I was getting into a Taxi with a professional Taxi driver, it wasn't he had a very poor knowledge of route just following a sat nav. Very little knowledge of Edinburgh. Next time I will use a black cab from the airport, I used a black cab on my return journey! It was way quicker and cheaper.

Phoned on the 3/ 10 and communicated with a robot . After a wait spoke to a person who booked me for 4/10 at 845 ..Was going into hospital as day patient ..The taxi was 20 minutes late ..I was advised initially I would be picked up by a BMW and then a Toyota. The driver of the Toyota travelled from Preston pans and said he had been allocated the job at 9pm ..The cost was £25.80 for a very stressful and inadequate service

They helped us to get to the airport after an unexpected accient. The staff treated us very professionally (we were stressed) and we got to the airport on time. 10/10, highly recommended!!

Honest driver Saleem called me back after I'd left his cab to point out I'd given him 2 twenty pound notes instead of 2 tenners. many thanks

dropped off in town for a night on the tiles with work mates. All good fare less than I normally pay too!

Drivers and cars 5 stars, Manager minus 5. As two 80 yr old ladies we paid A2B return to Edin airport 3 times a year for 4 years. In July 2018 the taxi didn't turn up for prebook at airport at 00.50 am though 2 times we'd phoned from Greece to reconfirm but only got voicemail. Had to pay £95 (extra £30) for taxi to North Berwick. Learned that their booking mistake had pick up for 12.50 midday. Manager brazenly ignored our complaints by email and registered letter, and Council Licensing instruction for them to take action. Owner of AtoB has badly treated 2 old people and good customers, and ignored the Council, thinking he'll get away with breach of contract over fare and breaking taxi licensing regulations by treatment of customers. Mistakes can happen but if a firm makes recompense, that shows the quality of the firm. Elderly customers had to pay for A2B's mistake. No apology, no recompense for distress and extra outlay, no goodwill gesture. No further custom from us. HM and MM

This taxi company was recommended to my daughter as being highly reliable by another Musselburgh taxi firm. Tom Kelly and his drivers both delivered on this recommendation and exceeded all expectations. An exceptionally high standard of service from a very reliable taxi company.

In terms of customer care and reliability, this company is outstanding and couldn't be beaten.Tom Kelly, owner, ensured all his drivers were aware of the care needs of an elderly lady requiring a regular taxi, so much so that when I rang to double check everything was in place, the driver who answered the phone was fully aware of all the details. On the first day, another driver, Conway arrived and the high standard of care demonstrated was second to none. Having the knowledge that this vulnerable, elderly person was being picked up by a firm who clearly pride themselves in giving the highest standard of reliable care to all customers, particularly the more vulnerable,was a huge relief to me and I cannot praise this firm highly enough.

Didn't turn up and when we phoned to query this we were hung up on 3 times. Avoid.

Great friendly reliable service. Have used all taxi companies in the area and this company is def best.
