I booked a taxi from Hunstanton to Kings Lynn on a Saturday to make the last train back to London. Ben was really pleasant on the phone and crucially the taxi arrived OM TIME (actually a few minutes early!) really nice driver and a very clean car...£28 Hunstanton to Kings Lynn on a Saturday night. Absolutely no complaints.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Having used this company before, I knew that their time-keeping was not the best, so having ordered my taxi for a specific time a few days in advance, I rang back the night before to stress that I needed the taxi to be on time. When the taxi didn't arrive at my house at the specified time, I rang the company again. The woman on the phone immediately became shrill and defensive; she told me that she couldn't control the traffic on the roads etc and had no idea when the taxi would arrive. She also kept interrupting my questions about where the taxi was with 'excuse me, excuse me' which I found extremely immature. I waited a little longer and eventually had to find alternative transport to the station, as I had to catch a specific train to make my Eurostar connection. When I was almost at the station, I received a text to say that the taxi was at my house! Bottom line: unprofessional and unreliable.

Came to Norfolk for a wedding exceptional service on time and fair prices highly recommended

Awful taxis booked a taxi for half 2 and never showed up tried calling them loads of times to be ignored!! Not happy at all considering I had my son jabs and have now missed them

I've been a loyal customer for six years and after this third debacle this morning, when I was left stranded at the train station, I will NEVER use them again. I made a booking on the app giving plenty of notice of the pickup time and the money was taken (put on hold) from my account. On checking I was informed they're too busy and cannot make the booking. I said I should have known that a 7:20am and you shouldn't have requested the payment if your not providing a service. He said, you'll get your money back in your account in 24 hours. However, we're too busy and cannot send you a car. Please think very carefully before dealing with this company.

Awful avoid like the plague, total rip off didnt get told. There was a fixed price should have been under 3 miles instead he had to follow my partners sat nav which took us a longer way as he didnt know where we were going. No car seats and a absolute rip off at £16!! Would pay £3.50 where I live for the same journey. Spoke on the phone and they said they will refund some as we had a deal with them that day for over 26 journeys with them and they just totally ripped us off. Informed all the locals and they will be avoiding too!

Always use this company.never late and always polite drivers. Highly recommended.
