I always prefer local cab companies when going there from Heathrow, as the drivers know the local area and it is cheaper than booking a car from Heathrow at last minutes. For Southamton cruise transfer, we booked this company's cars twice and found theme very professional and reliable.

Dont use this company 1 hour before our pre booked return we received a text to say it had been cancelled Following a heated call they rebooked the cab We then received an online payment request requesting twice the amount of the originally quoted price Crooks

Booked taxis with radio taxis told would be about 10/15 min that was 18.15 at 18.50 rung and cancelled as it hadn't turned up booked with door to door at 18.52 turned up just before 19.00

Radio Taxis are the most well known Taxi firm in Southampton due to their quick and professional service and friendly drivers! Due to this, I have always used them and will continue to do so!

I was in a rush to pick up my infant child from relatives, so while waiting considerate amount of time for the taxi, I hailed a different one. I then received a call from the taxi driver, so I apologised to him and explained the situation, but he then called me an idiot and told me to f*ck off! Yes, he actually used these words! So rude, unprofessional and unacceptable! I was relieved that I never got into his taxi! The guy had clearly anger management problems and should never work with people. I ordered a cab from Southampton High Street (from Sprinkles Gelato) at around 10:43 on Saturday 25th Nov 2017.

What an absolute shower this firm is ! If I could leave less than 1 star I would ! I booked a taxi to take my 88 year old great aunt home on Christmas Day. I booked with a lovely lady over the phone and she even phoned on Christmas Eve to confirm everything. Taxi was due between 7.45 & 8 pm Christmas evening. At 8.15 pm when there was no taxi, I called. The most obnoxious man answered the phone and said "he'd get here when he gets here and that's just the way it is darling .." I asked for a rough estimate and again he said "no idea, when I get there and if you don't like it you can cancel and make alternative arrangements " I did cancel and thank goodness a member of the family who hadnt been drinking took her home, but that is not really the point. Never again shall I use this firm and I shall make sure that everyone I know and social media knows how unprofessional, disrespectful and shoddy they are !

driver tried to take advantage of me being drunk. took me such a long route home that the fair was double. lost my phone in cad & cheeky driver tried selling it bk 2 me. police are involved now. honestly company cant be trusted at all

My experience was horrible,was waiting for a long time and needed to be somewhere desperately. I phoned up to cancel my taxi in a rush and get the next train instead,the person at the other end of the phone told me to never bother booking again as the taxi was on it's way to me (they told me it was on it's way an hour ago from 10 mins away). These people need more respect and learn how to manage their time more effectively,horrified they talk to customers like that even when I've used them before.
