Taxis in Hythe, Southampton, Hampshire

I always prefer local cab companies when going there from Heathrow, as the drivers know the local area and it is cheaper than booking a car from Heathrow at last minutes. For Southamton cruise transfer, we booked this company's cars twice and found theme very professional and reliable.

Driver Francis took me and my partner to the hospital. He had a better bedside manner than the doctors we went there to see! The same driver picked us up after the visit which was nice

Awful awful experience when booking a minibus from this company. A few minutes before the minibus arrives, we're informed that due to the person who raised our original quote was new to the company, the cost had been hiked up £100. As they had us over a barrel, we had no option but to accept the increased rate. Having chased and chased after the event for some kind of recompense, we're offered £45 off our next journey with them - as if we'd ever use them again! £100 cost to the customer for a training error within the company. Absolutely horrendous. Never had the displeasure of dealing with such an unprofessional company. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I would just like to say how unhappy we were with the service; I called Saturday at 12:06 to book for 10 people I was told and received a message that this was booked in that we would have a 6 seater and a 4 seater. 6pm come still no taxi no message 10 past 6 I called up and was told they were on their way. First car turned up about 6:15 which was a 4 seater and then another 4 seaters with 6 to be collected so I call back and was told another 4 seaters was on it way, so not only was it 20 minutes late we turned up late with not money off and having to pay 3 lots of fairs and all I was told was nothing you can do I dont think this was very good customer service and will not be using you again especially when this was pre-booked.

I ordered a taxi for 6 am in the morning to take me to The Coach Station to get a coach to Gatwick. It had not arrived at 6.05 am, so I rang the office, to be told there wasn't a taxi available just yet but I was next on the list. It was currently in Merry Oak. I made other arrangements and got to the coach station at about 6.20. When I rang to cancel the taxi I was told it was on its way. As my coach left at 6.35, I would probably have missed it, and possibly my long haul flight.

What an absolute shower this firm is ! If I could leave less than 1 star I would ! I booked a taxi to take my 88 year old great aunt home on Christmas Day. I booked with a lovely lady over the phone and she even phoned on Christmas Eve to confirm everything. Taxi was due between 7.45 & 8 pm Christmas evening. At 8.15 pm when there was no taxi, I called. The most obnoxious man answered the phone and said "he'd get here when he gets here and that's just the way it is darling .." I asked for a rough estimate and again he said "no idea, when I get there and if you don't like it you can cancel and make alternative arrangements " I did cancel and thank goodness a member of the family who hadnt been drinking took her home, but that is not really the point. Never again shall I use this firm and I shall make sure that everyone I know and social media knows how unprofessional, disrespectful and shoddy they are !

driver tried to take advantage of me being drunk. took me such a long route home that the fair was double. lost my phone in cad & cheeky driver tried selling it bk 2 me. police are involved now. honestly company cant be trusted at all

My experience was horrible,was waiting for a long time and needed to be somewhere desperately. I phoned up to cancel my taxi in a rush and get the next train instead,the person at the other end of the phone told me to never bother booking again as the taxi was on it's way to me (they told me it was on it's way an hour ago from 10 mins away). These people need more respect and learn how to manage their time more effectively,horrified they talk to customers like that even when I've used them before.
