Taxis in Isles Of Scilly

Had a recent experience with a driver, in which he proceeded to follow me aggressively in his car and at one point, even tried to drive in front of me and try to stop me. It ended with him following me an ample distance and after winding down the window he threatened me before speeding off. If this is what the employees are like then quite frankly fu** this company.

A big thank you for coming over to Sennen at short notice on a busy bank holiday weekend, our car broke down in the drive just as we were heading towards Penzance for the cinema. Very pleasant driver and safe careful drive. Will definitely call again when needed. Stphanie

Well where do I start. Im so unhappy with the amount of times Ive now not had a taxi actually come out to me and Im usually I regular costumer so its very disappointing. Also just trying to get through to someone to book a taxi and has become increasingly difficult! Yet we get told by drivers theyre not busy Im not the fist to have issues like this and its seems to be consistent. My list goes on believe me! Just hope things start to change.

This company are getting worse and worse every year, as someone who used there taxis frequently at one point I can say that they are not what they used to be, alot more lazy and rude, another problem is that they do not answer the phone much anymore, sometimes I call 15X before I get a answer now, for such a big company they need to sort it out.

Worst company in penzance, never answer phone, a load of rude workers especially at night, once you've waited on the phone a hour waiting calling again and again to be answered they tell you they will be 5 mins then take another 30 it's a joke.

Got a cab from them the driver was soo rude all I did was tell him the quickest way to get to where I wanted to go l,he started telling me to be quite I'm the cab driver not you,really don't think that's how to speak to your customer cause with out us you would've be cab driver,really need to teach them customer service skills
