Despite having already paid your driver £12 for a £7 fair. We believed his word and got out for him to come back to us while he took another small fair home. When we told him we had little cash when he finally (30mins) later came back for us, (to go a further ten min mins drive after waiting, despite phoning to check where he was) that he wouldn't take us anymore and left us a 27 minute walk away from our destination in the snow. (A destination he knew when picked us up from the hotel in the first place.) we have just now finally reached the hotel 40 minutes later as I was wearing a short dress and heels, and I literally cannot feel my legs. Your driver has ruined our night and after slipping in the snow on a HALF HOUR forced walk home, potentially ruined my practical exams for a year, this company is a joke. I cannot believe after forcing us to wait for him for £5 over our original fair price, he pissed off leaving us in the snow after a 30 min walk still to go. I am dissapointed.

Used this company and got so much abuse and hung up on because I was 5 minutes late due to work. They spoke down to me as if I was a 3 year old and made me feel very uncomfortable to the point where I wanted to get out of the taxi when I got into it. I Wont be using there services they have ruined my day and belittled me !

Should be less than one star. Pickup arranged from Sorn Castle with two drop offs in Saltcoats and one in Stevenston. Driver was seen to take a bung of money from others who then took over our taxi. This caused me severe distress as I had to take a bus and walk part of the way home - I am a blue badge holder with difficulties in walking

Booked a taxi for the early hours to the airport. Taxi turned up on time and driver was polite and even loaded all cases into taxi for us. Highly recommended!!!

Came across one of the cars for this taxi company in Tesco car park. It was pouring with rain and they had parked in a disabled bay. No blue badge. It was busy and there was no other disabled spaces. My brother who Is disabled and holds a blue badge had to struggle to walk further because of this selfish driver, what an absolute disgrace. I will never use this company.

Used to like this taxi firm till recently, 1 minute the dog was allowed in the phoned plus i stated that the dog was here and I got Alastair who only moaned was incredibly rude, cheeky in the taxi muttering under his breath when I got out the taxi, 0 customer service safe to say he didn't get a tip then now they won't answer the phone or they pick up like today and hang up

Shocking experience!! The woman on the phone was incredibly rude. She told us our taxi would be there “about 12”. At 12.03pm I phoned and she said it had been there and had left. No phone call. No text. When I phoned to enquire she was so rude and hung up on me. Will never use this service again!!

This firm uses their horn unnecessarily to knowingly cause a disturbance when dropping off some of its customers. Should be avoided!
