Taxis in Kinmel Bay, Rhyl, Clwyd

The taxi we booked never showed up.We waited 10 minutes after the due arrival time and rang them in a bit of a panic.The chap (calls you "darling" - irritating and hugely patronising) said it would be here any minute.Fortunately, the cleaner jumped in her car and took my brother because if he'd missed his train he would also have missed his shuttle to Brussels and quite possibly the lecture he was supposed to deliver there.My mother stayed at home by the front door and the taxi never came. No one ever contacted us. No one ever said sorry or offered any explanation.If you want to get where you're going DO NOT USE these people.

I have been forced to use this taxi company as the local minibus driver moved away and now I have had to stop using them as they constantly turn up late (and I'm not talking 5 minutes I'm not that fussy I'm talking half an hour) and when I ring to see where the cab is they say another job came up and there is never an apology. Rude staff. I feel sorry for the few decent drivers that actually work there as I wouldn't want to tar them all with the same brush but the radio guy's customer service is always awful!

Bloody good service, drivers are brilliant can't do enough for you I use them all the time. And there cheap

Disgusting service and like to give customers the run around for two hrs at weekends,waited two hrs for a taxi after I finished work after been told 30-45 mins taxis dont even bother to come and the lady at the rack is been treat like a mug!! Never again

I had a taxi driver in a sliver skoda octavier and we asked him to beep at a young lady and he said he couldn't but made a crude comment about her body please bear in mind that she was a minor many thanks Mr booth

Awful service (will never use them again) booked a taxi and it turned up so late! Which meant I was late for work! It's not the 1st time that this has happened! Didn't even get an apology when he turned up twenty minutes late!

Fabulous taxi company. 100% reliable as they will never take a booking that jeopardise prior bookings. Will try and accommodate you when they can
