Charged me double, made me pay cash. 100% avoid! Scammer

Thieves! DO NOT USE!! He picked me up in Knutsford to go to Manchester Airport, a taxi trip I have done quite literally hundreds of times. Uber charge £12, normal taxi between £20-£23 inc the airport parking charge. THIS THIEF CHARGED £35 WITH A STRAIGHT FACE! When I spluttered out youve got to be joking! You cant charge that, you shouldve at least told me he said you didnt ask!!. Then when I said I was going to report him he got scared and dropped the charge to £30!! ABSOLUTE THIEF. NEVER USE!!!

Used abacus for the first time on Christmas Day and Boxing Day for my aged parents in law. Both drivers cheerful helpful and on time. Cars spotless and didn't charge a rip off price like some were trying to do. We will definately use them again over any other local taxi

Terrible company left us abandoned in delamere forest last night. 4 ladies late at night and they didn't turn up. We rang and they said they were running late an hr after the were booked for we rang again and again but they didn't answer the phone. Avoid them we booked taxi for 11.15 we got a lift at 12.20 and they hadn't arrived by then !!! Would give zero rating

This company is awful and the positive reviews are BS. On Facebook and yell you can read the true reviews - this company needs closing down, I have had the misfortune to use them twice (second time was a mistake by my wife) and both times they let us down. Avoid

Ive received an awful and poor service today from Deans. Landing time was 11:15 but flight arrived earlier. As it was not busy at Manchester airport at all, I came out around 11:15 am. In view of this I still waited till 11:30 before calling the taxi s. I was told driver will be there within 10 minutes and its not drivers fault as flight arrived early. Taxi didnt arrive till 11:56 am. All flight details were taken at the time of the booking, they used to track but was obviously not tracked today. When we, as clients, pre book the taxi we do expect the taxi to be there for us but I had to wait outside for approx 35- 40 minutes with no apology. I called back at 11:55 only to say I was unhappy with their service but I was interrupted - I didnt expect the owner to be so defensive and rude over the phone, blaming my flight which arrived early and that driver was with another client when the flight landed and when I first rang. No address was given to the driver neither for the air

Used for the first time for a return airport transfer for 4 people. WOW *** 10/10 *** Professional, punctual and really nice friendly driver. The bread/milk on our return was an unexpected and very much appreciated bonus. Won't hesitate to use again and will certainly recommend their services to others.

It was very slippy underfoot so the driver backed up my drive and helped me very much appreciated as I am on crutches will definitely recommend them to others
