    • Really poor, booked 3 days ahead then didn't turn up, when called I was told no idea when get to me, bad attitude when tried to get information, cancelled ride and they cancelled return trip without letting me know.

    • Unreliable. Used them three times. They were late twice. Particularly annoying when you order them, leaving plenty of time to get a train and they arrive twenty minutes late ensuring you miss your train.... (No apology given either). I won't be using them again, plenty of competitors in the area.

    • I am absolutely disgusted and appalled by this company. I booked a taxi 5 hours before I needed it for and the taxi was over half an hour late. I had to ring the company twice to find out where it was and all he could tell me was it was stuck in traffic. The taxi driver then rung me, asking where to pick me up from. Obviously I had been lied to, the taxi hadn't even left yet. After half an hour, the taxi finally arrived. I was over half an hour late to work which meant my client had to change all of their plans, which then makes me, as an employee, look bad. The taxi driver/company didn't even offer me a discount, and when I disputed this with the taxi driver, he said he didn't even work for this company and that he would phone the police if I didn't pay the full amount. I will certainly not be using this company again and I strongly urge you all to stay away! Unreliable & rude workers who have not done their job in my opinion. Disgusting.

    • Saved my flight was in a deep hole as my car wouldn't start at 4am tried to call around but no luck initially but they were amazing prompt at that time of day saved my flight tickets although lost on parking but most importantly made it to the meeting in NY.
