Really poor, booked 3 days ahead then didn't turn up, when called I was told no idea when get to me, bad attitude when tried to get information, cancelled ride and they cancelled return trip without letting me know.

After a quick ring around of local taxi firms these were the cheapest. Arrived very promptly in a nice spacious vehicle for the 7 of us. Would use them again.

For a local company to have excellent and impressive system and to match equally good service something not seen, I used KAC few times in the past but lately the technology was very informative. Do not use if you actually need to be somewhere! This car service, also known as Mortlake cars, has let me down a few times recently but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Today I flew in from the US and despite being told the driver was parking at the airport when he didn't show I checked the tracking to see he was still in London. I was told he'd taken another job but was told to grab a coffee and he would be back in 20 minutes. 20 mins later he was even further towards central London (the opposite direction!!). Will not use again.

I am doing this on be half of my mum. You guys are disgraceful. Charging £10 from kingston hospital to rowan close in new Malden which is just down the road to be honest. I can pay cheaper than that just to go in to kingston town which is further. Dont take the p! out of the elderly especially the frail ones that need the extra time of getting in and out of the cars. You should be ashamed.

Booked an early morning taxi 2 days in advance only to be called the evening before and told that they could not honour the booking.

No hassle car service. they never let me down, always cars available and never over charge you.
