Absolutely amazing receptionist as a person who has mental health and plenty more problems they took there time with me and helped me get the places I needed to with no problems at all the driver was amazing he put music on to my liking to keep me calm I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the area they are amazing

Is it expecting to much of a taxi firm that claims to specialise in Airport transfers to have available a list of which terminal serves each airline. Cresta Mold taxis refused my booking because I didn't know the terminal a Ryanair flight to Manchester in a week time was landing at. Manchester Airport have a list of terminals assigned to each airline which I only found by using Google. So on the basis of, this is basic information any competent taxi firm should know without forcing me to research myself, I award Cresta Mold Taxis just one star.
