I booked taxi coz I need to attend my appointment they said 5 mintes but taxi not arrive on time ring again they said 5 mintes wen taxi arrive I go trying to speak with driver and coz u r late he not listen to me and run away . Wats the point I miss my appointment and I feel really bad coz of driver behaiver not acceptable . Next time walk better then speedline taxi

Awful service - booked a cab for a family wedding. Taxi didn't turn up despite multiple calls and when spoke to the supervisor got an angry aggressive responsive. Do not use this cab service!

Very s*** service and s*** staff who operate the service they don't knw how to speek to the customers. Not worth to recommend this taxi

Sometimes they're good sometimes they are extremely bad. 10 minutes is what you're advised and can be waiting over an hour easily especially on Friday. Appear understaffed and taxi drivers can be severely unprofessional. Best thing about the taxi is the coordinator on the other side of the phone- very pleasant staff

Got a taxi just the once, they were on time to collect me. Driver was very friendly and talkative, I was charged 20p less for some reason too! Good service must be said!
