Rubbish company and never to order again

very bad customer service driver was speaking on his phone while driving and nearly crashed into bfc

guy named usnain perfect driving and always on time cheap prices definently recomend him

This Guy called usnain saleem was driving and eating hashbrowns whilst in the car. Rate it a 0 out of 10, honestly very bad should be ashmaed

I use Beeston Line regularly & they have never let me down. Very friendly & polite drivers. Wouldnt use anyone else & totally recommend them to anyone living in Leeds area. Top notch!

The ambulance service arranged transport with this company for my partner to take her to hospital after falling ill, her condition got worse after 45 minutes during the wait for transport so we decided to get her there ASAP (we understand the taxis are busy but it was in her best interests to wait no longer) my partner politely called the Taxi branch to let them know she was at the hospital & no longer needed the transport, the lady on the phone who claimed to be the manager wasnt understanding or empathetic instead she became argumentative towards my partner and was calling her a time waster & was disrespectful continuously arguing with her, my partner in the end hung up the phone and was upset which put more stress on her. Unprofessional and disgusting behaviour! This company needs to learn some customer service especially in situations like this where someones health is at hand! Will not use again!!

Appalling service I dropped my phone in a car. Called to request it back. No response from the firm or driver 742 as promised. Wonder what happened to the phone. My real problem is my mother has resently passed and my phone had my last picture of her on it. Would pay to get the phone back. Don't trust them they lie and sorley disappoint. DO NOT USE

Charged me £19.40 before I even left the curb to move a small chair and desk. After the operator told me £2.00 extra. Then they were 45 mins late.

Please dont send drivers who dont want to do airport runs. I got through as quick as possible and there was some miscommunication. The driver was waiting for me inside and I was outside at his car. I couldnt call the driver so I phoned the office but they hadnt let him know. Then I got a very abrupt call from him and when he came to meet me he was very rude and said he morning had started off very badly. After a 24 hour flight it is not how you want to b welcomed home. Please dont send drivers who dont want to do the runs are give the customer their number to contact directly. Also had problems booking the taxi where the woman also rude. Payment was easy.

Would like to give ZERO. Dropped god knows where in town as the fare was getting ridiculous at £4:10 before we'd set off and I only had £10 to which I told the driver - then recieved a passive aggressive reply when I complained to a person on the phone. Couldn't get a word in, just talked over me and apology given after promoting. As he said, we'll have to agree to disagree but where is the customer care in dropping someone off when they say "I don't know where I am". Appalling.

Always had good experiences with Blueline Cars, and they're my go to taxi service. The staff are really nice and good to talk with. Had a hilarious drive and chat with, driver 4042. Funny guy and great conversationalist. Knows how to make customers feel comfortable and welcome. 10/10

I have traveled with Blueline on several occasions and they have done us proud. My sister is going to be using them for her wedding soon they are the best in the area and always immaculate.

The taxi drivers are always polite and get me to my destination quickly and safely, in clean comfortable cars. I never wait long to be collected. A great service.

Used this company for the first time, we were fully informed by text when the driver was leaving to pick us up and again when he was outside our house(5.30 am). On our return to Leeds/ Bradford Airport, rang the office on our arrival, we were informed that our car was waiting for us and in the meantime received a text again saying the car was waiting along with the registration number and the drivers name. Well impressed and will use again.

They are good with the service, drivers are safe, fare prices are low.

Used this taxi once I was short of money at the end as the fare came to 5.50! The driver let me off, this firm was quick and driver was friendly.

Pre booked a taxi again for an appointment, late again, the office tells you hes on his way but then the driver when he finally turns up says hes just been given the job! Rude drivers.... never use them again!

Bad experience - only tried once and then never again. The driver shot off before my young kids' seat-belts were fastened. I had to ask him 3 times to wait until the kids were secure. A smirking, weird driver with rudimentary English - totally unsatisfactory.

Shocking experience with the first driver. He would not open his door and only rolled the window down a couple of inches. He asked me where I was going and said he had not heard of burmantofts, I said head towards st James hospital and I will give you directions. Then he asked for cash up front. I said I would call his office and he drove away. I called the office and they said it was because his poor English and several other excuses. I don't expect drivers to know individual streets but not know areas of leeds is bonkers. The office sent another driver who was very apologetic and got me to work late. 1st drivers fault. The office promised to ring me... still waiting. I would understand not opening the door and asking for cash up front at 11pm not 11am. Won't be using again. Avoid avoid avoid. I hope the 2nd driver finds a better company. Rant over and I feel better

Awful always late

Most unreliable firm I have ever used - drivers don't turn up, will randomly demand payment when not at destination and are generally rude. Often don't know where they are actually going and go the wrong way. Stay well away!

The driver shocked me he got really nasty he misheard where I said I said Broad Lane pharmacy so many times virtually called me a liar he said I said broadlea eh?? He started shouting at me I was shaking so bad in tears. When il got out I heard his car door open I though omg he's coming for me as I said I was going to complain. Iwas scared for my safety scared alright omg. Very very nasty I couldn't believe it plus he drove me all the way round the house estate when he could have cut up streets to get there. I reported but the woman wasn't bothered at all. Disgusting. Told my husband I am still shaking in tears. Never ever use stanningley cars.

Rang them at 6pm and spoke to a female booked a taxi for 6.45pm she said that was for and would be there. At 6.55pm i rang to ask what had happened to my taxi, spoke to a man, he told me it would arrive when it got here, drivers have to think about whether its worth it with the price of petrol. A taxi finally showed up 7.15pm, he had been given the call just 5mins before arriving. The lowest star i can give is 1, but for me it would be minus 1.

Rang them at 21:45 they said 5 minut and they not arrived they called me at 22:25 that wheres the location ? I said is too late waste of my time

Appalling service booked a car from central leeds, told car would be 20 minuets after 40 minutes driver called me and told me i had to walk to other side oft town to meet him cant believe a taxi company can run like this will never use these again

Only one polite person there on the phones. She works monday Tuesday and Friday mornings

used this company for the past 3 years, great service and never had a problem with them. They are always on time with nice clean cars, friendly drivers and friendly helpful receptionists would highly recommend using them.

Soooo annoyed. Had an argument with one of your staffs, jodie, and whilst I was in the taxi jodie called up our taxi person and he picked up and whilst she was on speaker she was humiliating me to the driver which i could hear and I was so upset I could have cried. Worst experience ever!!!
