    • The app does not send the cars to the right address. Then the staff in the office argue with you that they are there! WTF! Stood on a street telling the staff that they are not there and they are arguing that they are. Someone needs more customer training. Anyway. Have used Amber a lot in the past but never again.

    • An absolute joke. We pre-booked and paid for a 5am trip. 5.05, nothing. Called and it was a couple of minutes away. Called back at 5.10, informed it was less then 5 mins away so I told them they had until 5.15. 5.15 arrived and nothing. I called back to cancel and was hung up on. AA Cars Shipley sorted me out at short notice and I made my train with 3 whole minutes to spare. Ridiculous.

    • Absolutely appauling behaviour we booked a taxi one hour ago we received a text confirming that a taxi had been dispatched and was on it's way and 2 hours later after numerous phone calls the taxi arrived and we were refused a discount for the hours we had waited wouldn't recommend them they aren't a reliable service and we were left feeling extremely disappointed and that they had ruined out night

    • I've used geo cars for 5 years now, They now have changed there name to BLUELINE but still have excellent friendly staff, prompt timing, cheap as anything too. Will continue to be a loyal customer for as long as I live in Leeds!

    • Very happy with the service. . Never been let down. I have used arrow and amber and I was never satisfied. As a young women its not a nice feeling getting into taxis late at night but with new furlongs I actually feel safe. I highly recommend this taxi firm.

    • Absoulte idiots that drive these cars! Cut across 3 lanes of traffic at 40 mph nearly hit another car that had to do an emegancy stop and the driver just laughed. Will never ever use them again.

    • I booked taxi coz I need to attend my appointment they said 5 mintes but taxi not arrive on time ring again they said 5 mintes wen taxi arrive I go trying to speak with driver and coz u r late he not listen to me and run away . Wats the point I miss my appointment and I feel really bad coz of driver behaiver not acceptable . Next time walk better then speedline taxi

    • Put my son in a taxi he's only 2 while tried to put the pram down couldn't put the pram down the taxi driver took my son out of the taxi without me knowing my son ran off good job I saw him at the corner of my eye the taxi driver it shouldn't even have got my son out I put him in there to be safe

    • Should have read other reviews before using It's Roadrunners. Initially told the taxi would arrive in 10 minutes. After repeated calls and each time being told 10 minutes it finally arrived after 50 minutes and we missed our appointment. Spoilt our evening.

    • We were left waiting to be collected from a venue late at night, despite having pre-booked and calling the day before to confirm booking. We waited half hour until trying to call office 3 times. No one picked up and no one called back - would not recommend. THANK GOODNESS FOR ****
