    • Castleford Taxi company Arrow cars warning - This company is not trust worthy. They increased the pre agreed minibus fare at 1am and when the 5 female customers refused they dropped them all in one spot. But not only that the driver retained personal items from the customers and locked all the doors. When new taxis arrived from alternative companies the driver ensured they wouldnt take the woman home either (well done tiger cars) leaving them stranded. Arrow cars value an extra few quid more than they do the safety of thier customers. We had been long standing customers but never again.

    • If it were possible to give a minus rating then that's what I would give, the service is a joke, no customer skills whatsoever, rude and incompetent, I have been late for work due to this so called service, avoid using these, plenty of other firms that actually know how to treat there customers

    • Shocking diabolical service.if you want to reach your destination on time forget arrow.the male controller blames the lazy taxi drivers for showing up late in the mornings and the female controller is inexperienced at customer service.taxi drivers have had enough of inexperienced taxi controllers.lost my custom forever & I am sure a lot more customers who are fed up with being late to work or any other destination will be leaving in droves soon.

    • DO NOT USE THIS TAXI FIRM!! Had a minibus booked for well over a month for a hen party to York. Also rang twice in the past week to confirm the price and pick up time of the minibus. Booked the taxi for 6pm and when no one was here by 6.15 we rang to be told that the minibus had been booked for 8 (even though the time of 6pm had been confirmed 3 times) the minibus then turned up 45 minutes later without so much as an apology. We were then faced with a driver who did not have a clue how to get to where we were going. Despite all this we paid the full amount for the journey there and agreed with the driver the rest would be paid on pick up and confirmed the time of 2am. At 12am I contacted the firm to confirm the return journey to be told that we were not going to be collected because we didn't give the driver a deposit for the return journey!! This was never asked for by the company or driver. When we explained to the firm we would be stranded in york we received a rude, couldn't care l

    • ordered a taxi the night before for 8:30am the next morning like i normally do, the taxi company then alerted me at 8:40 that they had changed the driver and is going to be another 10 minutes which is shocking and already 20 minutes late! i had a very important exam at 8:45 which i had to miss due to the taxi being late!!!! the taxi then arrived at 9:12 which was 42 minutes late!! this is absolutely disgraceful, i booked the night before so therefore my taxi should've been on time. get your act together data cars. will not be using again. should be ashamed of your appalling behaviour.

    • Up there with the worst taxi services I've ever used. Paid £80 for a return trip from Leeds Festival, requested to be picked up at 11;30AM to which the company confirmed. 2:30AM our taxi still hadn't arrived which resulted in us getting another company to carry out our return trip. When we rang their rank to complain and ask for our £40 refund for our return journey we were given very inappropriate and sarcastic customer service. We were also told we were not entitled to a refund which I feel is disgraceful considering our driver was nearly 3 hours late and had no sign of turning up I would certainly recommend that every avoid this company at all costs and I'll be certainly be taking them to court if they fail to carry out a refund for our return journey.

    • DO NOT USE - booked a taxi and they did not show, when I rang, the driver said he had just received the job and he would be 25-30 mins. He asked me how much it would cost, when I told him the usual price he said it would cost three times the amount so I said not to bother and he hung up.

    • Avoid! Poor customer service. When I booked the taxi, and could not the guys accent clearly and asked him to repeat his question, he lost patience, and said call back later, and immediately hang up the phone. I called back, and asked him why he hang up on me, he come up with ridiculous excuse that the phone line broke down. Yes I believe you that. If it broke down, you would behave differently, and try to hold on the line and at least re engage once. Unprofessional Taxi Company.

    • Rubbish just been spoke to like crap because he been ringing the wrong number. Then had the nerve to say I was standing in the wrong place . I was standing out side my work place where I asked to be picked up. Made out I wasn't answering my phone after I told him a 100 times I had no calls . Then to prove him self wrong rang the wrong number while driving to prove him self wrong

    • I will never use green line taxis again! I got stuck on a call at work at the end of shift and obviously you cant just hang up on a customer so I dealt with the call. I was 5 minutes late for my taxi (not the usual company I use they were booked up) I apologised for being late and the driver asked what took so long and I explained he said “well I called you and you didnt pick up I was about to leave! We have other people too!” Fair enough like its a business so I said sorry again. Halfway through the journey off goes the radio “did that ducking ignorant white girl get it yet or what? You charge her double if she did!” The driver looked embarrassed so I said “you can tell him the ducking white girl is here and shes not paying double at all!” Doors locked as he pulled in my street so I told him my boyfriend was in and Id call him to come out the doors unlocked and he let me out!! Disgusting behaviour obviously the work ducking wasnt that but couldnt put it on here

    • SHOCKING Charged us the TAXI drivers fare to get to pick us up....£15....and then when we complained, threatened to call the police. If we hadn't had some personal problems at the moment we would have let him call them. I will be talking this further.

Their reason of not being local is pathetic, they must have dropped business cards at our hotel in the 1at place to get the hotels business....I will take this further

    • Called to book a cab from Wentrbidge Hotel to Campsall and the call operator couldnt understand my wife and told her to F%$k off then put phone down on her. Reception called on our behalf and cab turned up. Journey was 4 miles and cost £20 because we went to Doncaster?

    • One star just so I can write the review. Now back from my holiday, the one I nearly didn't have thanks to you. Booked an airport pick up a few weeks before. Checked the booking at the office two days before and still nobody turned up! 6am on a Bank Holiday Sunday morning trying to deal with the guy in your office who kept telling me he was trying to wake someone up/speak to someone/sort it/call me back. I kept having to ring him back. Finally you sent Action cars to do the job (I understand this has happened several tomes) and we set off an HOUR late. Luckily I book pick ups to arrive at airport three hours before my flight to allow for accidents otherwise I would have been several thousand pounds out of pocket. I will be writing a formal complaint and I expect a full explanation of what happened. You caused untold stress for me and exacerbated an existing health condition with your shameful, shoddy service. I would strongly recommend others give your company a wide berth.

    • Used this company for the first time, we were fully informed by text when the driver was leaving to pick us up and again when he was outside our house(5.30 am). On our return to Leeds/ Bradford Airport, rang the office on our arrival, we were informed that our car was waiting for us and in the meantime received a text again saying the car was waiting along with the registration number and the drivers name. Well impressed and will use again.
