Left standing at Birmingham airport at 1.30 in the morning because Direct didnt show had to hire a black cab. Return fare was refunded as paid in advance but no compensation for having to pay twice the amount to get home. The journey to the airport was good.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use this company. Accepted a 5.40 am booking for my husband to get to the station - taxi simply did not turn up. When I called to find out what was going on the attitude was shocking and simply did not care. Had to wake a sleeping baby to do the drive myself.

Arrived early even at 2:30am and the driver was very friendly. Will definitely be using this company again.

This company didnt turn up to a booking, didnt call to cancel and let me miss a train. They did not answer calls all morning either. A new ticket cost £68. When I finally reached them, they acknowledged the mistake but offered no compensation. Terrible.
