My husband and I were recommended Smith's taxis by a neighbour when we needed a taxi to take us to Birmingham airport and collect us at the end of our holiday. The service was excellent. They arrived a few minutes early on the outward journey and were ready and waiting in very visible and convenient spot at the airport with our name clearly displayed. They helped us with our bags at both ends, and were friendly, helpful and chatty. We would have no hesitation using them again.

I booked Smiths Taxis to take my elderly in-laws to Malvern Theatre from their hotel. They were superb and looked after them very well indeed. I would wholly recommend them.
