Dont ever use this shower, they make promises, spectacularly fail to keep them, then try to blame you for their mistakes. I have an important meeting today that meant I had to catch a specific train. So we booked a taxi to the station the night before. The operator confirmed the arrival time and that the driver would ring back to confirm they had arrived. 10 minutes after their booked arrival time, we rang to clarify the whereabouts of my missinf pre-booked taxi. The operator claimed the driver had arrived early, waited outside for a few minutes without giving the promised ring back or ringing our doorbell, and then just left. They also tried to say that the operator would not have agreed to a ringback, which is a lie because they did. Ive never been so let down. Luckily iCabs had a driver available. Their driver turned up quickly and got me to the station on time. This whole situation and stress could have been prevented if Strood Cabs had simply provided a decent service. Their s

Booked a cab. As it was raining I looked out of the window 5 mins before it was due to arrive. After half an hour I called to see why it had not arrived. I was told it had been waiting for 20 minutes. But as they don't call and don't knock at your door, and not all of their cabs are marked, how are you to know that they arrived? !

Absolute rubbish... Local resident who wanted her 17 year old daughter get home safely from her job! Didn't turn up .. Chased it and had no record of booking .. Waited half hour on on ... Don't use this incompetent company ... Disgrace
