I have used Rainham Cab company many times, but tonight was abused by one of their female drivers whist unloading my car in a side street she swore at me and threatened to call the police

The driver NOT ONLY WAS LATE and then YELLED AT THE WOMEN who had booked the taxi as she was COMING OUT OF THE HOSPITAL IN TEARS, HE ALSO THREATENED TO LEAVE HERE THERE EVEN AFTER PAYING. After calling five times, and being told that we would receive a call back five times only for no one to return the call, we finally spoke to Dave, the owner, who agreed that the price had been 'wrongly quoted'. He still refused to refund the money and said that the driver would be sanctioned. We didn't even want the whole fee back, just the fee that had originally been quoted. You run the risk not only of the taxi being late, and being significantly overcharged, but being alone in a taxi as a woman and being assaulted for your troubles. Very polite staff, cars arrive on time and drivers are polite. Prices are very good for the service you receive.

Dont ever use this shower, they make promises, spectacularly fail to keep them, then try to blame you for their mistakes. I have an important meeting today that meant I had to catch a specific train. So we booked a taxi to the station the night before. The operator confirmed the arrival time and that the driver would ring back to confirm they had arrived. 10 minutes after their booked arrival time, we rang to clarify the whereabouts of my missinf pre-booked taxi. The operator claimed the driver had arrived early, waited outside for a few minutes without giving the promised ring back or ringing our doorbell, and then just left. They also tried to say that the operator would not have agreed to a ringback, which is a lie because they did. Ive never been so let down. Luckily iCabs had a driver available. Booked a cab. As it was raining I looked out of the window 5 mins before it was due to arrive. After half an hour I called to see why it had not arrived. I was told it had been waiting for 20 minutes. But as they don't call and don't knock at your door, and not all of their cabs are marked, how are you to know that they arrived? !

Absolute rubbish... Local resident who wanted her 17 year old daughter get home safely from her job! Didn't turn up .. Chased it and had no record of booking .. Waited half hour on on ... Don't use this incompetent company ... Disgrace

Disgraceful Service. Had 2 taxis booked to go to a wedding for 12 people, confirmed weeks in advanced and day before firm called and cancelled all of them. Disgraceful!

Terrible...no app info, then a phone call abusing me of being a bad service user, green cabs leaving me totally isolated, and then accused of me of not communicating waited over ten minutes since booking time, no details of driver dispatch or service, don't book a return journey as you can be left stranded, thanks to alternative services in order to get home....... totally upset by telephone call as abuse not needed spoilt a good evening out ...please beware.

I used Indy cabs to transport my elderly mother from Kent back to her care home in Essex after a family wedding. I must say that Indy Cabs of Sittingbourne couldn't have been more caring and helpful to our needs. I was fully satisfied with the service we received and would not hesitate in recommending them

Great service when needed an urgent pick up to take to London Gatwick airport.

A professionally run executive service that I have always found trustworthy and would highly reccommend as safe for women travelling alone. Prices are definitely reasonable, vehicle is always clean and comfortable.I have used them for airport journeys to Heathrow, London City & Gatwick as well as from Ebbsfleet, Strood, Rochester, Sittingbourne & Sheerness train stations during difficult rail works or very late evenings. Always the first number I call and prefer to rely on!
