Dont ever use this shower, they make promises, spectacularly fail to keep them, then try to blame you for their mistakes. I have an important meeting today that meant I had to catch a specific train. So we booked a taxi to the station the night before. The operator confirmed the arrival time and that the driver would ring back to confirm they had arrived. 10 minutes after their booked arrival time, we rang to clarify the whereabouts of my missinf pre-booked taxi. The operator claimed the driver had arrived early, waited outside for a few minutes without giving the promised ring back or ringing our doorbell, and then just left. They also tried to say that the operator would not have agreed to a ringback, which is a lie because they did. Ive never been so let down. Luckily iCabs had a driver available. Booked a cab. As it was raining I looked out of the window 5 mins before it was due to arrive. After half an hour I called to see why it had not arrived. I was told it had been waiting for 20 minutes. But as they don't call and don't knock at your door, and not all of their cabs are marked, how are you to know that they arrived? !

Absolute rubbish... Local resident who wanted her 17 year old daughter get home safely from her job! Didn't turn up .. Chased it and had no record of booking .. Waited half hour on on ... Don't use this incompetent company ... Disgrace

DANGEROUS FOR WOMEN: REPORTED TO THE POLICE FOR COMMON ASSAULT. CHARGED A THIRD MORE THAN QUOTED. DO NOT USE. Star Taxis quoted £24 return to the hospital but charged . The driver NOT ONLY WAS LATE and then YELLED AT THE WOMEN who had booked the taxi as she was COMING OUT OF THE HOSPITAL IN TEARS, HE ALSO THREATENED TO LEAVE HERE THERE EVEN AFTER PAYING. After calling five times, and being told that we would receive a call back five times only for no one to return the call, we finally spoke to Dave, the owner, who agreed that the price had been 'wrongly quoted'. He still refused to refund the money and said that the driver would be sanctioned. We didn't even want the whole fee back, just the fee that had originally been quoted. You run the risk not only of the taxi being late, and being significantly overcharged, but being alone in a taxi as a woman and being assaulted for your troubles. I have used Rainham Cab company many times, but tonight was abused by one of their female drivers whist unloading my car in a side street she swore at me and threatened to call the police

Ones things for sure about this place and thats the men are perverts. Not nice for a 25 year old to be chatted up by two different stinking men old enough to be my father. Very disappointed with this service, I booked a taxi in plenty of time to get to my destination on time, to find out they had dispatched my taxi to the wrong road in a town 15 minutes away! They have made me late when I should have arrived in plenty of time. Taxi finally arrived at the time I should have made my destination. I had to call numerous times to get this sorted.

I booked a taxi several hours before, but it was still 20 minutes late. I needed to catch a train and had left plenty of time. Phoned up twice to be told first time it was on its way. It wasn't until I came off the phone the message pinged up - so I'm guessing they'd only just remembered. Rang again to be shouted at by the receptionist, saying that the driver was having to help an old person and did I object to that? When he arrived, it turned out he hadn't been helping an old person at all, but had driven from Bluewater, 20 minutes away, where he'd only just got the call. In other words, she lied. I missed the train I was aiming for. The one star is for the good driver, but sadly 4 stars taken away for her rudeness and inefficiency. Used to be a reasonable company but apparently the company's been taken over by a bigger one. Will not be using again.
