Taxis in Stanford-le-Hope, Essex

Horrendous experience with this company... we pre-booked and paid for a taxi that didn't arrive and left us stranded at midnight 20 miles from home. P&b were completely uncontactable. It took 2 days chasing the owner to get a call back but after being aggressive down the phone and actually having the audacity to laugh at us he will not refund the money we paid.... the service was not provided and they are refusing to refund us. Do not use them...I'm actually shocked at how we have been treated.

We brought our fiat 500 just over 3 weeks ago it is now smoking heavily all the time thick smoke and the anti pollution light has come on I asked a local professional and he told us the system is completely blocked and will cost around £370 to fix I contacted z cars and they told me they had serviced the system but I found out it had not been done properly now they want us to bring the car back to them for there own garage to look at it I think not

I ordered a 001 taxi from a Grays to go to the centre of Oxford on New Year's eve, and to return later in the night. Our house is difficult to find, but the driver (Aziz) arrived on time, called when close, and followed my directions. He was polite and friendly, drove well, and left us his mobile number to book the return journey at a convenient time. We left the club earlier than expected (The Living Room - it was terrible, but that's another review!), but Amir came back for us, and was waiting outside as arranged. An excellent service, and the best price we were quoted - even with the well deserved tip we gave.

Ones things for sure about this place and thats the men are perverts. Not nice for a 25 year old to be chatted up by two different stinking men old enough to be my father. In absolute shock and taking this further. Any young girls Id advise to go elsewhere. Didnt feel safe at all. Vile vile vile!!!!!
