    • Even a 1 star is generous the bloke who picked us up was so rude and even took the longest route home to get the most most even when we told him to keep going he made a point of going completely off route just to make it more expensive, we ended up getting out and walking the rest of the way home cause he was trying to charge more than double what we usually pay, they try to take advantage of drunk people thinking they wont notice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

    • They are always late. They are always rude. The drivers are rude and the staff at the office are rude. They showed up 25 minutes late for my kids' school run today. I said I should not pay for such massive delay. The driver became rude and asked me to get off the cab with my kids as young as 1.5 in the middle of the road. Im not using Cannon Cars anymore thats for sure. There are loads more cab companies here with better friendly service.

    • I've been a loyal Clock House cars patron for years, however in the last 6 months I've been growing steadily more and more dissatisfied with their "service." A month ago I was left to wait over an hour for a taxi when they sent my pickup to the wrong address. Today I had an emergency dental apt. and booked online the day before and was left stranded with no pickup. Even when I specifiy a standard car they send a 12 person van to pick me up- I have had surgury on my leg and have no hope of leaping up into one of those juggernaughts. No apologies for their ever increasing mistakes either. Just avoid Clockhouse, it isn't worth the aggravation they'll cause you.

    • I worked for this scum bag Trevor parker! He is useless and doesn't pay his staff or his drivers so please guys go elsewhere. Would definantly recommend all night cars. DONT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR CUSTOM !! AS HE OWES SO MUCH MONEY TO HIS STAFF !!!

    • Ordered cab to an address Id never been to before so relied on driver to know the way - he dropped me at the wrong address & I ended up walking for 15 minutes to the correct one Called the operator who said I shouldnt have got out of cab - ha yeah if Id known it was the wrong address I wouldnt have !!! Then was told Id have wait 20 mins for him to come back - not acceptable when Id just paid £10 for the pleasure of being left in the dark on a cold November evening -Rubbish company - Will not be using again

    • Absolutely terrible service. Booked a cab the night before for 7.45am got to 8.00am and hadn't arrived so phoned to see where it was and was told we don't go by times and although you booked for 7.45am you get whatever is in the area at the time and it is going to be another 30mins till they get there. 40mins later get a text saying on its way then 2 mins later saying it will be another 10mins. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company to my worst enemy it was that bad, don't offer a service if you cannot provide that service. Will never use again.

    • Absolutely awful service. Originally ordered a taxi for a return trip to an airport and they turned up on time. The problems started with the return trip, they booked us for a week later so we then had to get a local airport service at a very high cost. The person in the cab office agreed to give us the ?60 they owed us by dropping it off to our house but he did not show so we chased him the next day by actually going to the cab office to only find that they had moved premises. So we called again that same morning but the person (not naming names) said he could not help as his boss was not in to authorise the refund. We have now been waiting 4 days for a simple refund. Do not use this firm as they are basically thief's. Zero stars. I had to put 1 star so the post could be accepted.
