Never come on time sending driver without experience very bad service ... sometimes even rude

Very bad experience... Everytime i called them they are not in time or never showed up.. They have no courtesy to call the customer or compensate the customer.. And they will never understand the urgency of the customers.. No matter u called them hour before or 10 mins before the time they will make you late for your appointments and you will have a loss... Not recommended at all.. This is my 8 and last experience...

Called for a fixed price the day before the journey yet when turned up charged 2.5 times more and insisted on money up front.Will not use again especially as this was a charitable donation journey.

DANGEROUS DRIVER DO NOT USE!!! ALMOST CRASHED ON RETURN FROM GATWICK! We used Velox through a comparison website to take us to/ from Gatwick airport. On the way out we were picked up around 4am, the driver drove very fast and erratically, often making sudden swerves and was beeped by another driver for drifting over into their lane on a duel carriageway. After leaving the car we all the passengers (4 women) agreed we had all felt uncomfortable by his driving. On the return we were picked up at Gatwick around midnight by the same driver. Although his driving seemed a little better this time as we were passing through Croydon the driver DROVE OFF THE ROAD ONTO THE PAVEMENT AND ONLY CORRECTED WHEN ONE OF THE PASSENGERS SHOUTED TO ALERT HIM! I'm not sure if he fell asleep of wasn't concentrating but if one of us hadn't been awake to alert him I'm sure we would have crashed. We made him pull over immediately and asked him if he was fit to drive, perhaps he was tired? He answered that it wo
