    • I've been a loyal Clock House cars patron for years, however in the last 6 months I've been growing steadily more and more dissatisfied with their "service." A month ago I was left to wait over an hour for a taxi when they sent my pickup to the wrong address. Today I had an emergency dental apt. and booked online the day before and was left stranded with no pickup. Even when I specifiy a standard car they send a 12 person van to pick me up- I have had surgury on my leg and have no hope of leaping up into one of those juggernaughts. No apologies for their ever increasing mistakes either. Just avoid Clockhouse, it isn't worth the aggravation they'll cause you.

    • We used Cannon Cars for the first time yesterday after being let down by 3 Uber drivers and I will definitely be using Cannon Cars again for any future trips I need! Our driver arrived to us as fast as possible and she was so so friendly which made us feel so comfortable the whole journey. Would definitely recommend!

    • They are always late. They are always rude. The drivers are rude and the staff at the office are rude. They showed up 25 minutes late for my kids' school run today. I said I should not pay for such massive delay. The driver became rude and asked me to get off the cab with my kids as young as 1.5 in the middle of the road. Im not using Cannon Cars anymore thats for sure. There are loads more cab companies here with better friendly service.

    • Be careful of this company! I requested a big van that can take 8 suitcases and 5 hand luggage, price was agreed. When The van arrived, the driver saw all the luggage and claimed first that 5 boxes was mentioned and later called taxi company who mentioned 8 boxes and 5 hand luggage. He disappointed me claiming he couldnt tell the difference between boxes or suitcases. I almost missed my flight. Amber card sort me out !

    • Last sunday i call for a cab the guy came very quick ,i gave him the postcode where i was going he drop me about 300 miles away from where i was going. When he stop i taught i had already got to my destination so i paid him and he ask me if i know where i was going i said yes cause i just to get the door number,it was my frist time going there and it was after 12 am in the morning, i was out of no where in the middle of the night when he drove off. So i had to find my map on the phone to get there.the trip that would take me 10 minutes took about 45 minutes, on my way back i call for a cab when the young black men answer i said don't send me the same driver ,i. Was told there was no cab available .i very disappointed .

    • I've used their service on an off for a few years, and the service has been satisfactory. However the last few times have been absolutely terrible. Last week I had a driver called Ali who was complaining to me about a pre-arranged price for the taxi cab. He was rude, unhelpful and aggressive. He even stopped at the office in the middle of my journey when I had a set time to get to my destination. The following week I booked a cab with this company the driver did not turn up at all. When I tried to call the company to find out about the driver they just kept putting me on hold and then they decided not to answer my call at all. In the end I had to call a different company to arrange an urgent pick up. Lewisham Cars cost me in lose of earnings, and made me over an hour late for my destination.

    • The worst customer service I've ever had!!! After my journey to work I was shaking from stress, as the driver was extremely rude, very disrespectful and he shouted on the phone with the office that he is not my personal driver and he is gonna drive me the way he want to, after I politely asked him to go my usual route to work, the way I go everyday. He took me round and round, the route I've have never used before and it was very unreasonable. The office just protected him when I called to complain while I was in the car. And then they called and told him that he was doing everything right after he shouted about me while I was sitting in the car, I could hear all the conversation on the loud speaker. After when I called the office to complain to the manager they couldn't give me his last name, only his first name Alex, which I found very unprofessional. I would not recommend to use this company.

    • Would give it a zero if I could. Worst Cab company ever. Very rude staff that clearly hate their job, (hangs up on you) drivers that always show up late or leave when asked to wait 5 minutes for us to come down. Not worth the hassle. DISGUSTING! Would NEVER use again. Should have listened to the many negative reviews that this company has and book elsewhere.

    • I was waiting for a car from them today (Christmas eve) to pick me up from Tesco's in Lewisham. When I rang and booked I asked how long the cab would be and was told it would take 20-25 minutes. Being aware of it being Christmas eve I waited for 40 minutes then rang up again. Then I was told the car would be 2 minutes. 50 minutes in I ran again and was told the car would be 10 minutes. I told them how long I had been waiting and asked them where the car was to which they replied Peckham. Knowing that it would take well over 10 minutes for the car to get from Peckham to Lewisham in this traffic I asked to cancel the car to which I had to answer but had the man on the phone just hang up on me. I think the way they managed this was completely rude. There was no honesty and no care to the customer from the office staff. If they had told me truthfully how long it would have been it would have been appreciated but clearly lying and scamming someone on Christmas eve is their priority.
