Taxis in Mottingham, London

i writing this on behalf of my 80yr old disabled mum she had an awful experience with u last wed night 29th march she went to orpington tescos was dropped of with one of ur drivers and had a return booked for 45 mins later she waited taxi didnt turn up after 45 mins plus she waited 45 mins rang and asked where it was they cancelled it because they said she wasnt there she was there u just didnt bloody look she.s severly disabled cant walk far everybody seen how distressed she was and helped her even an ambulance driver offered to help her but thankfully a lovely man and his wife took my mum so thanks for ur crap service if thats how u treat ur customers u can stick ur so called service where the sun dont shine so she wont b using ur service learn to look after ur customers because without them ur have no job disgrace should b ashamed of urselves to treat an 80 yr old disabled lady like that

I have used cannon cars to the airports and local runs over this year they are always on time and have never let me down I would just like to say they are Amazing

Not sure if I have the right company but the gentleman was not rude, patient courteous and the gentleman was quite courteous at the end of the ride he asked me to do him a favor. I enjoyed the service and The View. And I I would like to say thank you.

I WOULD URGE NOT TO USE! Late is an understatement! Waited well over an hour 75mins in FACT when told driver would be within 30mins ! Absolute joke of a service!:

We used Cannon Cars for the first time yesterday after being let down by 3 Uber drivers and I will definitely be using Cannon Cars again for any future trips I need! Our driver arrived to us as fast as possible and she was so so friendly which made us feel so comfortable the whole journey. Would definitely recommend!

Called for a fixed price the day before the journey yet when turned up charged 2.5 times more and insisted on money up front.Will not use again especially as this was a charitable donation journey.

Wanted to arrange a taxi 12 hours in advance from erith to Victoria and a disinterested man in the cab office said they were fully booked. This is not the first time Ive been disappointed with the service ..... in May I booked a cab to take myself and my husband to the Shard and the driver couldnt even find it ! My advice is book Uber

Please! Do not use this cab company. drivers are dangerous and mostly unlicensed.

The above reviews are fake. The drivers are crooks and almost always overcharge. They're are several reports of inappropriate comments made by the drivers to the girls of the local colleges as they drive past. noises. I wouldn't touch therewith a barge pole. Seriously. Use Avanti cars. Much nicer and much cheaper. Shut them down.

We've used them regularly since 1988 and they've always been reliable, flexible and helpful. We've even had a car turn up early for a customer going to the airport because they heard that the traffic was bad, unprompted, to make sure they caught their flight.

Last sunday i call for a cab the guy came very quick ,i gave him the postcode where i was going he drop me about 300 miles away from where i was going. When he stop i taught i had already got to my destination so i paid him and he ask me if i know where i was going i said yes cause i just to get the door number,it was my frist time going there and it was after 12 am in the morning, i was out of no where in the middle of the night when he drove off. So i had to find my map on the phone to get there.the trip that would take me 10 minutes took about 45 minutes, on my way back i call for a cab when the young black men answer i said don't send me the same driver ,i. Was told there was no cab available .i very disappointed .

I've used their service on an off for a few years, and the service has been satisfactory. However the last few times have been absolutely terrible. Last week I had a driver called Ali who was complaining to me about a pre-arranged price for the taxi cab. He was rude, unhelpful and aggressive. He even stopped at the office in the middle of my journey when I had a set time to get to my destination. The following week I booked a cab with this company the driver did not turn up at all. When I tried to call the company to find out about the driver they just kept putting me on hold and then they decided not to answer my call at all. In the end I had to call a different company to arrange an urgent pick up. Lewisham Cars cost me in lose of earnings, and made me over an hour late for my destination.

The worst customer service I've ever had!!! After my journey to work I was shaking from stress, as the driver was extremely rude, very disrespectful and he shouted on the phone with the office that he is not my personal driver and he is gonna drive me the way he want to, after I politely asked him to go my usual route to work, the way I go everyday. He took me round and round, the route I've have never used before and it was very unreasonable. The office just protected him when I called to complain while I was in the car. And then they called and told him that he was doing everything right after he shouted about me while I was sitting in the car, I could hear all the conversation on the loud speaker. After when I called the office to complain to the manager they couldn't give me his last name, only his first name Alex, which I found very unprofessional. I would not recommend to use this company.

Would give it a zero if I could. Worst Cab company ever. Very rude staff that clearly hate their job, (hangs up on you) drivers that always show up late or leave when asked to wait 5 minutes for us to come down. Not worth the hassle. DISGUSTING! Would NEVER use again. Should have listened to the many negative reviews that this company has and book elsewhere.

I was waiting for a car from them today (Christmas eve) to pick me up from Tesco's in Lewisham. When I rang and booked I asked how long the cab would be and was told it would take 20-25 minutes. Being aware of it being Christmas eve I waited for 40 minutes then rang up again. Then I was told the car would be 2 minutes. 50 minutes in I ran again and was told the car would be 10 minutes. I told them how long I had been waiting and asked them where the car was to which they replied Peckham. Knowing that it would take well over 10 minutes for the car to get from Peckham to Lewisham in this traffic I asked to cancel the car to which I had to answer but had the man on the phone just hang up on me. I think the way they managed this was completely rude. There was no honesty and no care to the customer from the office staff. If they had told me truthfully how long it would have been it would have been appreciated but clearly lying and scamming someone on Christmas eve is their priority.

The lady controller/ driver is very rude and abrupt, she has no customer service skills whatsoever. I have had a number of issues with her and the way she has spoken to me..I have kept quiet as do not want to return her rudness to her. The last issue with her was that I booked a cab, she told me 15 minutes....25 minutes later I phoned again, she again told me 15 minutes...I told her she had told me that when I 1st phoned and she says " well I can't give you an estimate if I don't know what the traffic is like can i" I replied that is exactly what you did do when I 1st phoned!! She then said "we'll then I just won't say anything at all then! Her shouting and high pitch voice and the way she says things is rude, disrespectful manners do not cost a thing but her customers are Paying her for a service. Have now stopped using them because of her and the number of times she has been rude to me, which is a shame as the other drivers are lovely, especially Mark.

Shocking business. Ordered a car and asked for 2 things. 1 please take us to the airport. 2 please send an air conditioned car. 1st vehicle arrived, and the poor driver was so hot he was wiping himself with a sweat rag. Phoned the company as it was a long journey and was promised an air con car; with the operator sort of yelling back at us, how was she supposed to know there was no air conditioning in the car sent. She did send another car, first said it would arrive in 15 mins, showed up in 35 mins. New driver refused to let us in the car unless we paid him extra for the air conditioning (after the agreed price of £67 he wanted £75). Wouldn't let us in the vehicle until we agreed. Very strange company indeed. Called the company who said we would get a refund on the excess cost we were shaken down for, now says its not their problem and drivers can charge what they like. Would say this is a backyard operation and avoid at all costs. Lucky if a driver should show up at all?!

Last night 28/7/2018 at around 3.30am my husband and I asked for a taxi to take us home, the controller was extremely rude and the chairs in the waiting room were very dirty, we asked politely if we could have a cloth th clean the chairs he shouted, “ it is not my job!! We had to stand outside to wait for the taxi whom he had promised that would arrive about 15 minutes to that time then to ask him since he was on the computer he shouted “round the corner”!!! as soon as the taxi arrived, the driver looks at me in a very dirty look and asked me to tell my husband not to bring his food he was eating into his car, I explained to him that he was about to put it away. The driver and the controller need proper customer service training.

Impressed with the lady driven chauffeur's, good services.

Reached quickly at Gatwick airport, very polite staff.
