Taxis in Erith, Kent

i writing this on behalf of my 80yr old disabled mum she had an awful experience with u last wed night 29th march she went to orpington tescos was dropped of with one of ur drivers and had a return booked for 45 mins later she waited taxi didnt turn up after 45 mins plus she waited 45 mins rang and asked where it was they cancelled it because they said she wasnt there she was there u just didnt bloody look she.s severly disabled cant walk far everybody seen how distressed she was and helped her even an ambulance driver offered to help her but thankfully a lovely man and his wife took my mum so thanks for ur crap service if thats how u treat ur customers u can stick ur so called service where the sun dont shine so she wont b using ur service learn to look after ur customers because without them ur have no job disgrace should b ashamed of urselves to treat an 80 yr old disabled lady like that

I have used cannon cars to the airports and local runs over this year they are always on time and have never let me down I would just like to say they are Amazing

Not sure if I have the right company but the gentleman was not rude, patient courteous and the gentleman was quite courteous at the end of the ride he asked me to do him a favor. I enjoyed the service and The View. And I I would like to say thank you.

I WOULD URGE NOT TO USE! Late is an understatement! Waited well over an hour 75mins in FACT when told driver would be within 30mins ! Absolute joke of a service!:

We used Cannon Cars for the first time yesterday after being let down by 3 Uber drivers and I will definitely be using Cannon Cars again for any future trips I need! Our driver arrived to us as fast as possible and she was so so friendly which made us feel so comfortable the whole journey. Would definitely recommend!

Because of the Train strike we needed taking to and from the O2 arena. Excellent communication and service. Very friendly drivers too.

Both the lady and man I spoke to were incredibly rude, their cars were late by about 15 minutes and dared to blame us for this. Awful service avoid avoid avoid

Ordered cab to an address Id never been to before so relied on driver to know the way - he dropped me at the wrong address & I ended up walking for 15 minutes to the correct one Called the operator who said I shouldnt have got out of cab - ha yeah if Id known it was the wrong address I wouldnt have !!! Then was told Id have wait 20 mins for him to come back - not acceptable when Id just paid £10 for the pleasure of being left in the dark on a cold November evening -Rubbish company - Will not be using again

Rude driver went wrong way didn't know where he was going bad driving did not help with bags and when got home he had no change !!!!! Wth ru a cab driver white car black driver was absolute terrible

Driver was very rude when asked to wait just 5 minutes because one of our friend was having an asthma attack !! Horrible customer service

Total CRAP!!! Booked a return trip, was quoted one price on the phone. Text came through differently. 20 mins past agreed collection time, I called the office to be told that the driver was waiting for his wife to return home before he can leave. I asked for a discount due to not being able to book a cab at that busy time anywhere else. The controller argued the case like I was actually in the wrong and an inconvenience to her!! Not sure if youre aware luv, no customers = NO JOB!! Try something called. Giving decent customer service and you might. Just might get repeat custom. Kept the appointment only to get an Uber which was on time and actually cheaper!! Totally terrible service. Extremely rude staff!! Was going to be the first time trying station cars in grays. Lets just put it this way. Wont be using them or even calling them ever in the future!!

Absolutely awful service. Originally ordered a taxi for a return trip to an airport and they turned up on time. The problems started with the return trip, they booked us for a week later so we then had to get a local airport service at a very high cost. The person in the cab office agreed to give us the ?60 they owed us by dropping it off to our house but he did not show so we chased him the next day by actually going to the cab office to only find that they had moved premises. So we called again that same morning but the person (not naming names) said he could not help as his boss was not in to authorise the refund. We have now been waiting 4 days for a simple refund. Do not use this firm as they are basically thief's. Zero stars. I had to put 1 star so the post could be accepted.

Utter rubbish will NEVER use again. Paid for a can that never turned up and never got my money back.

Wanted to arrange a taxi 12 hours in advance from erith to Victoria and a disinterested man in the cab office said they were fully booked. This is not the first time Ive been disappointed with the service ..... in May I booked a cab to take myself and my husband to the Shard and the driver couldnt even find it ! My advice is book Uber

Please! Do not use this cab company. drivers are dangerous and mostly unlicensed.

The above reviews are fake. The drivers are crooks and almost always overcharge. They're are several reports of inappropriate comments made by the drivers to the girls of the local colleges as they drive past. noises. I wouldn't touch therewith a barge pole. Seriously. Use Avanti cars. Much nicer and much cheaper. Shut them down.

We've used them regularly since 1988 and they've always been reliable, flexible and helpful. We've even had a car turn up early for a customer going to the airport because they heard that the traffic was bad, unprompted, to make sure they caught their flight.

They were an hour late picking us up from Heathrow in the middle of the night. We were told multiple lies from both the driver and operator. No reasonable explanation was given and my complaints since have been completely ignored. Still had to pay full price for the “service”. If you dont want a highly stressful journey, use another firm.

Absolutely terrible service. Booked a cab the night before for 7.45am got to 8.00am and hadn't arrived so phoned to see where it was and was told we don't go by times and although you booked for 7.45am you get whatever is in the area at the time and it is going to be another 30mins till they get there. 40mins later get a text saying on its way then 2 mins later saying it will be another 10mins. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company to my worst enemy it was that bad, don't offer a service if you cannot provide that service. Will never use again.

It was first choice, after several occasion let me down for the past 3 months, I have changed my taxi firm to Bridges Car.

Ordered cab.. 30 mins prior to cab coming I had a certacy phone call stating my cab would be 5 minutes late. I thought that was thoughtful! Genuinely nice phone manor too. Will order again.

I love this company always have a right laugh with lady controller as she is new and is great. Always gets my cab on time!

Good local cab firm, never any problems. Always on time for pick ups for short journeys. Have booked an airport journey next week too

Awful service. Don't care about bookings unless they are long distance ones.
