    • We used Cannon Cars for the first time yesterday after being let down by 3 Uber drivers and I will definitely be using Cannon Cars again for any future trips I need! Our driver arrived to us as fast as possible and she was so so friendly which made us feel so comfortable the whole journey. Would definitely recommend!

    • They are always late. They are always rude. The drivers are rude and the staff at the office are rude. They showed up 25 minutes late for my kids' school run today. I said I should not pay for such massive delay. The driver became rude and asked me to get off the cab with my kids as young as 1.5 in the middle of the road. Im not using Cannon Cars anymore thats for sure. There are loads more cab companies here with better friendly service.

    • I've been a loyal Clock House cars patron for years, however in the last 6 months I've been growing steadily more and more dissatisfied with their "service." A month ago I was left to wait over an hour for a taxi when they sent my pickup to the wrong address. Today I had an emergency dental apt. and booked online the day before and was left stranded with no pickup. Even when I specifiy a standard car they send a 12 person van to pick me up- I have had surgury on my leg and have no hope of leaping up into one of those juggernaughts. No apologies for their ever increasing mistakes either. Just avoid Clockhouse, it isn't worth the aggravation they'll cause you.

    • Ordered cab to an address Id never been to before so relied on driver to know the way - he dropped me at the wrong address & I ended up walking for 15 minutes to the correct one Called the operator who said I shouldnt have got out of cab - ha yeah if Id known it was the wrong address I wouldnt have !!! Then was told Id have wait 20 mins for him to come back - not acceptable when Id just paid £10 for the pleasure of being left in the dark on a cold November evening -Rubbish company - Will not be using again

    • Needed a taxi for one of our customers. Never used,called pleasant operator. Taxi arrived on time as requested and provided a quote in advance. Very efficient.

    • I booked this company on mincabbit and was expecting it at 3.10. at 3.15, I call the cab company and ask them where it is and they say they didnt recieve confirmation of the booking from minicabbit and they will send another car within 10 mins. At this point im already late for my appointment but I say yes after an argument with the person on the phone who then hung up on me. Once I informed my appointment that I will be late they decided to cancel. At the same time the driver was just arriving. I was about to call them to cancel but at that moment the driver calls and and I was about to explain the situation as well as apoligise for the inconvienience even though it was not my fault to begin with. The driver barely listens, calls me stupid twice and hangs up. When I called the company to complain, I got no appoligy and was told they needed to hear the drivers side of the story as if i was lying.... In short, dont bother with this company. Youll be better of walking than using them.

    • I've used them more times than I could count, and never have they disappointed. So much safer and reliable than other minicabs, I really would never use another Taxi .Alpha cars rock.

    • They were an hour late picking us up from Heathrow in the middle of the night. We were told multiple lies from both the driver and operator. No reasonable explanation was given and my complaints since have been completely ignored. Still had to pay full price for the “service”. If you dont want a highly stressful journey, use another firm.

    • Absolutely terrible service. Booked a cab the night before for 7.45am got to 8.00am and hadn't arrived so phoned to see where it was and was told we don't go by times and although you booked for 7.45am you get whatever is in the area at the time and it is going to be another 30mins till they get there. 40mins later get a text saying on its way then 2 mins later saying it will be another 10mins. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company to my worst enemy it was that bad, don't offer a service if you cannot provide that service. Will never use again.

    • Be careful of this company! I requested a big van that can take 8 suitcases and 5 hand luggage, price was agreed. When The van arrived, the driver saw all the luggage and claimed first that 5 boxes was mentioned and later called taxi company who mentioned 8 boxes and 5 hand luggage. He disappointed me claiming he couldnt tell the difference between boxes or suitcases. I almost missed my flight. Amber card sort me out !
