Very good service great car

A huge thank you to the Taxi Driver Wayne who took me and my partner from Porlock to Minehead this evening. We are currently raising money for Cancer research and Wayne kindly donated £10 to help us. Booked for a return trip the day before and was quoted £38 return. Next day, just 30 mins before the pick-up was due, they called me to say the cost was now £65. I had no option but to go with it as it was too late to find anyone else. Several other people did the same journey (a Hotel to a Wedding Venue and return) and the typical price was £35 - £40. If you use this company, be prepared for their games and to be ripped off by them.

Car arrived quickly, and friendly driver, but very expensive!! Almost double what we've paid a different company, for same trip. Think claim of very competitive rate, should be removed from website.
