Steer clear. Total shower of cowboys. Booked online and it said 5 minute wait. 1 hour and 15 min later they still didn't turn up. They are a total shower. Go and find another company who will actually turn up!

The most horrible taxi company around ! Left my phone in the taxi so I phoned the office who told me the driver was not on the road ATM which I then asked for them to phone his mobile since he is not driving to check his car. They told me to phone back in a few hours which I did who then told me they are just off the phone to the driver and that he has checked his car. The driver then answered my phone 2 hours later saying no one has contacted him and came and dropped off my phone. Absolute disgrace of a company and run by horrible people

In the same night, one driver waited outside our door for 2 seconds before speeding off, 5 minutes later we get a text from him saying the card payments are down. Is cash no longer a form of payment? Eventually got one sent out and even HE didnt understand as drivers are supposed to wait 5 minutes outside. Near midnight we booked on the app from bishopbriggs to home, it took 40 minutes for the dispatched text to come through, then when we go to check the whereabouts, it hasnt been dispatched yet. 30 minutes later and our booking has been cancelled. Bishopbriggs moght be a ways out for Penny but dont accept the booking and make us wait for a hour to cancel without notice.

Booked a taxi and was told it would be 5 minutes when I booked it, took 15 minutes when until I got a text which said he was 3 minutes away, a further 8 minutes passed and I missed my train and had to spend a further £15 than I should have to get me to work on time, the place is a joke the driver seemingly didnt have a clue where he was going I cannot describe just how much I hate this company they are a joke and people complain that uber take the piss

Horrible experience, driver was 30 minutes late from my booking he was also completely horrible as he was clearly not happy and he was also on his phone when he was driving and was also going at a very high speed which made the people I was with and me very uncomfortable

Booked taxi for 8:30am more than 12 hours in advance. Called office 8:40 am to find out where taxi is as I had to be in hospital for 9am to be told could still be waiting another 30 mins. Absolutely disgraceful should not take bookings if they can't fulfill . Phoned another company and taxi came within 5 minutes .Will not be using this company again.

My daughter called a taxi at 11.25 pm tonight from Govan, Glasgow and booking confirmed by receptionist. When she called back 25 mins later to see where cab was she was told it had been cancelled because driver for another booking. She stupidly gave them a chance and booked another one only for exact same thing to happen again only with no excuse just that cab cancelled. When I called to complain only excuse is receptionist just changed shift and didn't know what had happened. How convenient. Think you doing the right thing using your local taxi firm when you are in town. Won't be happening again. What a disappointing service

Used penny 4years but now a don't (no offence)to the drivers that have been there for a long time , I don't feel comfortable in their cars anymore the drivers look creepy,don't now where they're going and are always on their phones you don't know if they're talking about you .i won't be letting my daughter use them again

Use this company all the time with no problem usually BUT some of the operators on the phone needs lesson in manners they are so rude and unhelpful otherwise I like using penny cars they are usually quick and cheap and all the drivers I've had have been really nice

I would give this taxi no stars if I could. Women on the phone are rude and the app is definitely not an improvement at all. One example of many being that we got 3 different texts saying the taxis were on its way and never happened, so we phoned up just to find out none were on their way.

had used this taxi firm for years with no problem but then out of the blue when phoning them, they said they now can't come to newarthill to pick up anyone. Really? Surely this is a joke as it's just along the road!! Well it seems they can afford to turn business away. No explanation either, just an abrupt response then a hang up. Rude rude rude

Use them nearly everyday without any issues. Fast turnaround. Weekends can be nightmare though. Never given an approx time. Which is crucial if you're trying to head out at a specific time. I suggest prebooking on weekends.

Called from Bathgate, I didn't know the street name but gave train station as my location.....girl on the phone said this wasn't enough then hung up on me. 2nd call the girl seemed more helpful, waited over an hour on the taxi which didn't appear so got another company. I won't use this taxi firm again.....shocking customer service!!!
