Called an hour before hand to book a taxi for 14:45 as I have a train to catch, still no taxi by 14:53, so I phoned to ask where the taxi was and how long they would be as I was going to miss my train. The woman in the office wouldnt provide me with an ETA and was rude. Not the first time this has happened, they might want to get more polite staff especially when a taxi is ordered for a specific time and does not show up.

Good quick and fair price! Driver was polite, switchboard was polite, car was clean and safe. Will use them again when Im next in Bellshill!

Phoned taxi 00.39hrs and received txt at 00.43 hrs to say taxi dispatched. Was waiting outside the venue and come 01.08hrs (25mins after dispatched) I phoned to see where it was, to be told taxi had been and couldn't make contact. (Absolute crap) no txt to say taxi was there and no phone call from driver to see if I was there. Controller said they would send another (which they did) and a few minutes later I got a txt to say taxi dispatched (again) then I got a call from the new taxi to confirm I was still there. 10 minutes later taxi arrived and we were able to get home. Unfortunately this is not the 1st time this has happened

Got in one of the taxis and the driver was absolutely rude. On his phone plus didn't have a seat belt on while driving while I had my child with me. Definitely wouldn't recommend this company atall !!!!

Called for taxi and received text saying it had been dispatched, 60 mins later called back and was told I was a no-show !!! Shoddy service and attitude from controller avoid if you can
