    Got a taxi from Wellman cars from chalterhault park to my house from reg number FD58DAW beginning of February. My son is 3 year old and had to climb to his seat because hes small. His feet also didnt reach the end. We had just left a park and my son left a couple of muddy footprints on his seat due to the climbing. It will come off with a wet cloth!His car was already filthy before this. He smelled and so did his taxi. This taxi driver spent the whole journey making us feel uncomfortable. Snide remarks and shouted a couple of times as well because of this couple of footprints on his seat. I kept my mouth shut thinking if I said anything right now he would turf us out. He forcefully held my three year old son down and grabbed him. Wellman wont do anything about it.

    Charged me for a hire that was canceled, and even sent a taxi out for the return journey pick up that was never engaged on the outward bound journey. Don't call you back when you've contacted them - very very poor service and wasting their own driver's time.

    Twice on a Friday afternoon Ive asked for a taxi to catch a train in the last month or so. First time half an hour wait, second time even pre booked it was twenty mins late and missed the train. If you know this is a problem at this time why accept bookings. Especially for train station destinations. I deliberately booked it for 30 mins before the train was due and you still didnt manage it. Im five mins from the station. Just not good enough. Cant use you again. Too unreliable. Imagine if it was a flight !

    Wellman are far better than use by miles and much much cheaper We have stopped videos of them picking up passengers as it makes us so jealous

    Great company biggest and best in Hamiltonn by miles drivers really nice and staff very nice cheap as chips Miles ahead of another other company's in Hamilton They also have a new app coming out soon where you can book your taxi also see the car navigate on map towards you

    Booked a taxi for the full week the first day it was very late which meant a would be late as well! The second day it was extremely late plus when I phoned them they said he already picked someone up from that address ! So I asked for another one but it didn't come cause the taxi driver didn't know where he's going which is absolutely ridiculous, a thought a taxi driver should know things like that and after that when a tried to find out if it's coming they just hang up on me ! Horrible service wouldn't recommend.

    I have been using Wellman Cars for over 15 years and I have not been disappointed yet, both drivers and staff provide a very professional attitude, and would defo recommend them to others.

    After prebooking two taxis, both of which were extremely late, I was disappointed with the service and would not recommend it nor use it again.
