Phoned at 12pm to book a taxi at 4 pm to take me to hospital appointment, company took booking.When no taxi arrived by 4.05pm I called "it's on its way 5 minutes" I was assured.No taxi at 4.10 pm phoned again " could not get through ( obviously screening calls ). Managed to get through at 4.15 pm to be told the taxi was outside ,looked outside to see him pulling up.asked him if he could get to hospital in 15 minutes, and credit to the driver he was honest and said no chance.MISSED HOSPITAL APPOINTMENT.Do not use these jokers more interested in overbooking to make more money than anything else.DO NOT USE THESE JOKERS

Rating would be zero but unfortunately this isnt an option. Called for a taxi and got a lady in a call centre who clearly wasnt local and had no idea about the area. Started off by telling me the pub I was in didnt exist despite having been around for over 100 years. Then told me my address in Armadale didnt exist. Finally said she had found a name close to my address and would send a taxi. When the taxi arrived it was showing a fixed far of £9.90 for a 1.5 mile journey that usually costs £6-7 on a metered taxi. I queried this with the driver and asked him to check with the office but his English wasnt great and he just kept telling me that it was the office who set the fares. By not using a meter customers at at risk of the person taking the call not knowing where you are asking for and just picking where they think you want to go. Will never use this company again.

An enormous thank you to the driver who helped two old ladies ( 1 disabled and just out of hospital) who had a puncture today,17/05/19,near fire station Bathgate. He got us back on the road and tailed us to a garage for repair. He would not accept a penny for all his help. I don't know what we would have done without his help. If all this company's drivers are like this, please do not consider another taxi company. I won't ! J. Johnston,Bathgate.

I have used county for 4yrs on a weekly (sometimes twice) basis. Today I got a cab, he nearly crashed twice with my son and I in the car, asked him to take me to hospital instead of asda and was told no so had to get him to livingston and then get another taxi to the hospital. My son dropped his phone in the cab but driver says it wasn't in car, we can prove he's lying as we have a tracker on our sons phone and various stop and addresses we visited until we called cab company and after that it was switched off, really am very angry, I have been a loyal customer for years and now treated as a liar, I have contacted the police who have reported as stolen, they are going to be getting in contact with next customers and driver who has obviously pocketed my son's phone and saying he knew nothing about it I would not recommend to anyone, less than helpful on the phone too!!!

Turns up when it suits them. Shortage of drivers is the excuse but why take advance bookings if you can't provide them?

Had a fantastic experience starting with the delightful woman on the phone, booked a taxi from bellshill to the hydro in Glasgow, was on time for both and an amazing price for the length of journey and the drivers were really nice, especially Charlie that picked us up at the hydro, had a great laugh with him and would be great if I ever got them again, an amazing experience.

Booked taxi for 8:30M as I had an MRI scan at the hospital at 9am. The taxi showed up at 8:55am which made me miss the scan Ive been waiting around a year to get. On top of that, when you call them they say masks must be worn in all our cars.. the driver who showed up had no mask and was coughing and sneezing uncontrollably he told me not to worry its not COVID its the cold. Well 5 days have passed and Im now LOADED with the cold and have to reschedule an operation I had on Monday due to this. Total f**king shambles of a “company”. I was told Id get a call back that day from the manager to complain.. Im still waiting.

Poor, never have a car when you need it, drivers rude and refuse to accept card payment. Avoid if you can

Called an hour before hand to book a taxi for 14:45 as I have a train to catch, still no taxi by 14:53, so I phoned to ask where the taxi was and how long they would be as I was going to miss my train. The woman in the office wouldnt provide me with an ETA and was rude. Not the first time this has happened, they might want to get more polite staff especially when a taxi is ordered for a specific time and does not show up.

Friendly drivers, excellent service, quick response, would use them again, helped me with my luggage

I had booked a ride TWO days in advance as I had to go to work. It was for Friday, 7:45 am. The vehicle was 32 minutes late. I tried to called them few times to see what was going on and got answers like "we can not guarantee that taxi will come on time", "we have a school run", "it takes time for driver to prepare", "we also have freelance drivers, it is hard to organise them". They also never called or send msg that driver will be late, although they claimed that they tried to call. I was standing like an idiot for 32 minutes when they finally sent a driver. Also, they were very rude over the phone like it was my fault. At the end, I canceled the ride. There is no excuse for such sloppiness as they have TWO days to prepare everything. Before all this mess, I tried to download their app, but without success. I can understand that they maybe had difficulties at that moment and if they just said that they were sorry, everything would be fine. But instead they were really unprofessional.

Never will we use this company booked a taxi first thing in the morning to take us to a night out and pick us up at midnight picked up taken to the night out over the most dangerous roads in Bathgate hills avoiding a head on smash twice by arrived a bag of nerves the the taxi booked to take us home never arrived leaving a disabled woman stuck in the middle of nowhere when we called the number the woman on the other end just couldn't be arsed and that is a compliment. Managed to get another taxi at 4am from a different company. NEVER EVER USE THIS TAXI SERVICE IT WOULD BE MINUS STARS IF IT WAS AVAILABLE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Great service used the app tracked the car and paid by card no problems.

If the driver that tonight, pulled away from a junction onto a road that had cars parked on one side and oncoming traffic on the other is anything to go by, I would avoid this company at all costs if you value your life

I booked a taxi to go from Broxburn to the Edinburgh Airport (it was a 10 min. drive!!) and the lady on the phone quoted a £12 fare and confirmed that it could be paid by credit card. Not only the rude driver asked £17, but he also made a scene because he wanted to be paid CASH ONLY (and as a matter of fact he refused to accept a card payment). The worst service ever

Be very careful using this company. Not only are their prices higher than most but you will find they add "additional fees" for stopping at traffic lights!! What an excuse being charged for following the highway code and the law!! Absolutely disgusting!!

Absolutely shocking service from this taxi firm. My niece a 16 year old young girl was left to wait over an hour in a carpark after she had finished work on a taxi to start of they forget to book her a taxi in the first place she found that out after she phoned back after 35 minutes they then made her wait another 40 minutes she phoned again to be told it would be asap 10 minutes later a man arrives to pick her up not understanding a word she said which in turn left her scared as he kept driving her around taking the wrong turns etc for her to end up having to be dropped of no where near her home because she felt so uncomfortable after all the mistakes and wrong turns. shocking service will not be using your company!! Also your “customer service”was thats bad you should really think of hiring better staff .

Absolutely shocking experience phoned just before I finished work at 8 they explained that I would have to wait half an hour and I said “ thats absolutely fine “ as that was my only way off getting home , I waited 35 minutes and phoned them back asking whats happening with the taxi and got told they havent got any bookings made to my work which once again was a total lie as I definitely did phone so they proceeded to say they would get a taxi round ASAP another 40 mins passed and I phoned back asking whats going on as Im a young girl waiting alone in a car park at night and they have made a mistake with my taxi they then sent round a driver 10 minutes later who did not understand English what so ever I tried my best to explain directions and they took 3 different turns so I ended up getting out my taxi way before I was supposed to get out due to how bad there service was , the woman on the phone was asking my dad my age as he phoned up as if that had anything to do with her

Terrible service. Never on time. Ordered taxi last night 30 mins before we had to go out, an hour later, no car. Also left my wife standing at train station for 30 mins at night. Avoid at all cost and call Airdrie Taxis on 747111

Steer clear. Total shower of cowboys. Booked online and it said 5 minute wait. 1 hour and 15 min later they still didn't turn up. They are a total shower. Go and find another company who will actually turn up!

shocking taxi service they just lie to you

I am a support worker for people with disabilities and Hamilton TAO refused to take us because it was such a short distance. The people I support were very upset and quite rightly felt discriminated against.
