Taxis in Newport-on-Tay, Fife

My wife called to ask why taxi was 15 min late. They just lied and said it had already been and that I'd missed it, then they were very rude about her "attitude". I had to get the bus with my broken hand, so was late for my hospital appointment. Useless, unprofessional, incompetent and downright rude.

Booked by phone many hours before, got it confirmed by sms and they simply didn't arrive. Made a complaint but they didn't respond. Beware!!! Awful service.

After using this company for years, I was on the receiving end of some really appalling customer service tonight when my car which I had received a call back for, didnt actually turn up! The woman answering calls needs to search for a course to go on where she could maybe learn how not to be so stuck up and cheeky! I recommend phoning 01382204060 for a taxi in Dundee ...after being hung up on by Handys, thats exactly what I did and my driver was outside for me within a couple of minutes, I was able to track the car on an app ...loved ones can use this to watch your journey and see that you get home safe. My driver was a lovely man who, very obvious to me, loves his job. Handys - Ive used you guys a few times a week for years, through my own ignorance of not realising I was actually receiving a poor service in comparison to your competitors. Wont be calling yous ever again! Tell the woman answering the calls that shes actually done me a favour! Stupid ald bat!

Just wanted to pass on a huge well done. All our guests are so impressed with your service. They are surprised by your automated service and that you turn up so quickly. Fiona Moodie

I booked this taxi company to take me to my destination to a very rude phone operator. I then arrived at the due time and theres no taxi. I had a tight schedule so stayed for a short time to await the taxi. It never came. Neither did any phone calls to indicate they were late. I then started walking to my destination and arrived late as expected. Avoid this company if you want a reliable honest service- one of the worst taxi companies I experienced. Totally unreliable as I found to my cost.

Little bit late arriving but didn't matter as we still arrived at our destination in good time thanks cabbie.
