Organized 3 days in advance for a 8 seater people carrier to accommodate a disabled person. Normal four seater taxi arrived 15 minutes late. Drove to the wrong destination, had no knowledge of the area that he covers ie Newton Abbot. We kept saying Torquay Road before Penn Inn Roundabout so he drove us towards Torquay??? We were late for the appointment and the entire journey was so stressful. I thought I had booked with Teignbridge Taxis but all messages were from Frankies Taxis. I will never use again.

Frankie's is really the best and most reliable taxi service in Exeter. Polite courteous drivers, punctual pick-up, clean cars. Can only be recommended. 5*

Ordered a taxi for a friend to get home and pre paid the fee. They Never even showed up. Absolute disgrace tried calling to ask where they are several times and no answer.

DO NOT USE Absolute liars and thieves. Dont quote prices. Dont use meters. Reported to DTC and will hopefully lose their licence soon.

This evening, I ordered a taxi to get myself to work; i left my home at 2 minutes past the designated time of pickup expecting my taxi to be there.. instead i call up asking where he is and i get moaned at saying that he's now 10-15 minutes away (which is clearly impossible) and that he was 'waiting there for 10 minutes' well i'm sorry but if you don't like waiting then don't get to the location way before the designated time and then moan about waiting!! Not only this but while i was in the taxi he then had another call from somebody else asking where their taxi was and he replied with the same response "i was there waiting for you and you didnt come out so i have left" what the hell is this? i hope this isn't how all of your drivers treat their customers as you will quickly run out of business due to the large array of other options around this area, you shall not be hearing from me or close family and friends ever again.
