Booked two taxis for seven people with a three year old CHILD and they cancelled both by a MISTAKE. They were in rush to get to the train station and nobody showed up and when we called, man on the phone was very rude. May I add we booked the taxis via their app day BEFORE. Do not recommend, they are rude and have no respect for the customer. My family was almost late for the train and when ONE taxi finally showed up, they almost drived off without all people. Now they keep calling that the other taxis are here when theyre already gone and theyd be late by now anyways. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Lee Cabs have let us down twice now, booked to take us to the railway station March 2020, did not turn up and no explanation. Booked them phoning from St Pancras station 7th December 2021, did not turn up and said no record of phoning and said I phoned on another number?

Worst cab experience ever. Company whos drivers have no idea where anything or anywhere is and phone to tell you they are at the pick up point , but they are miles away from where you are ( our pick up location was about 2.5 miles from their office). They then say you are not in the right place even though the same company dropped you at this spot 3 hours earlier. You tell them to tell to speak to the driver who took us there as they know where it is ( i couldnt help as I was at an event 50 miles from where I live). This “silly” idea of speaking to the drop off driver wasnt even considered ). I send 3 or 4 google maps close up and expanded view photos of where we are but that still dont work - what else can we do ? Also, why is it £10.30 one way at 7.30 pm and over £23 at 10.45 pm fo the same journey ? Avoid this company !
