Taxis in Oakham, Leicestershire

Absolutely appalling service, arrange a taxi for 8 to and from west bridgeford, got to the picking up time, arrived at the pick up point with no taxi, when we rang was told the taxi would not be coming, after a barrage of swearing from the owner and constantly being hung up on we had to go elsewhere. Very unreliable,would not recommend!!

Arrived quickly and very reasonable pricing! Will use again.

I couldn't fault the service today. The driver was very polite and helpful. It was a very smooth ride to the hospital which I appreciated with a poorly patient. Once our appointment was finished and I phoned the office to return home, the driver arrived chirpy within 15 minutes. Again, he was polite and helpful throughout.

what a waste of space these people are. my wife phoned for a taxi at 6.15 am to arrive for pick up at 6.45am. she received a conformation text to say it was booked. at 6.50 the taxi had not arrived so we called back to be told no booking had mean made.they must be the most unreliable taxi company ive ever come accross. extremely disappointed.would not reccomend to anyone in the future.

As a member of a catholic school they did not come across as very catholic.

rubbish service rip off prices and rude staff ive stopped using them and now use the other taxi office on the corner of station street and london road ist much better cheaper and quicker

I used this company last night very impressed with the service . Man on phone was lovely so helpful, rang me back to say he'd could get car to me quicker despite peak time. Driver was also great so nice to have a taxi with a service like it used to be. So many small companies been bought out by larger ones and loose the quality of service. Price for journey was cheaper than other local companies would definitely use a gain and recommend to others.Top Service.

DO NOT USE THIS CAB SERVICE!!! They robbed my young son and when i complained the man on the phone was rude and call my son a liar no customer service. They left me in disarray. Cant believe it? DONT USE THIS CAB SERVICE IF YOU WANT TO GET ROBBED AND THEN GET LIED TO
