Taxis in Oswestry, Shropshire

We stayed in henlle hall and used this taxi service 3 times. Each time the drivers were lovely but especially Tracey Jones. She was so friendly and full of conversation, wishing us a nice stay/nice day etc. I just wanted to ensure she got a mention as she was so lovely. Thank you

Stranded in welshpool after missing a last train Jodie could not have been more helpful. What first class service and a credit to the company.

I phoned this so called cab service today around 16:20pm and spoke to the most ill mannered woman. We are currently on holiday in Welshpool and kindly asked for a cab returning us to our holiday home. This seemed too much trouble, resulting in receiving persistent sarcasm and just pure utter arrogance. The only way to resolve this was to simply hang up the phone and walk. I will be taking this higher so I hope who we dealt with this is reading this now.

Booked a taxi late at night as a lone female and was told 10 minutes by the receptionist repeatedly for 60 minutes and he's just round the corner. When I called to complain I got screamed at by the receptionist before she slammed the phone down on me. The cars were dirty inside and out. Will never use again

Thanks for the free ride ye mugs, gave ye driver some decent cardio too. Tip - It's rude to not talk to passengers in the boot of ye car tho bro so gotta mark u down 1 star soz, nice experience tho 4/5 :)

This is the worst taxi company I've ever had to deal with, staff needs customers service and telephone training; staff are totally rude; unhelpful and arrogant. Won't be using them again anytime soon or in the future. And I will be telling people I know that use this company not to use it anymore and will be cutting this taxis company from our work taxi number.

Car off the road so this was a welcome service driver very helpful.
