Taxis in OX17

Excellent quality and luxury, whenever I need to travel to airports I always arrive in style and comfort with the Rolls.

Service is good but do not like the new answer service as it fails to understand information it requests so after a delay you are transferred to an operator such a waste of time.

Avoid this company. The drivers do not care about their customers and will give your taxi to anyone waiting even if you have a disability or are heavily pregnant. The operator is rude, offers no apology. My partner and I were regular customers, but not any more. The companies ethics disgust me. Shame on them.

Very poor service and hidden charges. Arranged for an airport pick up and agreed a price over the phone of £55. We booked due to our flight being delayed by 12 hours. When we turned out phone off in Lanzarote airport as the aircraft doors were shut our ETA to Birmingham was 3.30am. Therefore a pick up at 4am at Birmingham airport seemed to work fine. Unfortunately we were then delayed on the run way and didn't actually get to the driver until 4.30am. We didn't realise there was any issue at this point. Until we got home and were asked for another £20 in waiting time and car parking charges at Birmingham airport. We were never warned about these charges and other taxi firms do not charge this locally! DO NO USE CHERWELL CARS.

if you are a tourist do not use this company as they will rip you off I used these people while on a break away and was charged nearly £10 more for the same journey i had made only a couple of hours earlier, utter disgrace!!!
