Wow, just had the guy interrupt me to say my journey was not available even though I had not even said when I needed a taxi. Before I finished asking, he hung up. Even if you can't do it, a bit of courtesy would be nice. Thank you

Hello. I have used you many times and was happy. but this time I booked a cab to pick me up. it said the cab had arrived but I could not see it anywhere. but als I did not receive any calls. I tried to call the company but in the meantime I got a text saying the cab could not locate me -they did NOT even try to call!!!! how is this possibe?? I was left in the rain and had to pay another company horrendous fees to get me home. this is highly unprofessional. bad experience do not recomrecommend

I have used the Royal cars couple of weeks ago and I loved it. Taxi driver was on time, very friendly. So today I used the service again. Saddam was very friendly too..as usual on time and clean car..will use it again and do recommend...

Good waiting area, based in Central Oxford. Taxi arrived on time with friendly taxi driver. Overall very pleased with service received and would use company again.

Had taxi pre booked for early Wednesday evening. No show and when I tried ringing phone was repeatedly picked up and immediately put down so I couldn't speak to anyone. Had to resort to alternative company and ring restaurant to explain late arrival. Awful!

DO NOT USE!! This is the worst taxi company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I called for a taxi on a Sunday night and cancelled within 2 minutes. The MANAGER of the company answered the phone and was immediately rude to me asking me if I was joking, calling me a time waster and to top it all off, a "silly little girl" before hanging up on me! I do not believe he would talk to a man in this manner and I was incredibly angry. Absolutely atrocious customer service. I urge you to use any other taxi company in Oxford, thank you for reading

This firm uses their horn unnecessarily to knowingly cause a disturbance when dropping off some of its customers. Should be avoided!

great taxi company i use ride cabs all the time up to 3 times a week always very punctual and never let me down very polite and helpful i wouldnt go elsewhere must be the best taxi firm in kidlington! keep up the good work guys
