Taxi flagged down in town to get us home after a few bevvies I felt a bit queezy but the missus said the taxi was nice and driver safe.

I have used Gryffe for years and they have never let me down! Being a smaller company I have gotten to know the driver and controllers. They have always been great with me.

Car was filthy driver smoking and car late never again

A little late picking us up and the cab had seen better days to be fair. Other than that we have no complaints.

Well I tell you this guy deserve a medal bless him. Right I booked him for a 5 minutes ride that wanted to charge me 30 quid for it , I called with plenty of time 2 days in advance. Today this guy didn't show up, didn't have the courtesy to call and said I can't make it. I lost the bus ticket ( when I spoke with him to book the ride I told him I have the bus ticket ) thanks to this guy , I have to call other taxis for the ride , very difficult to get taxis around here, I have to buy a new bus ticket , well you get the idea. Do not call this guy seriously , this guy is just wrong.

Booked a taxi for 1830. Driver complained he had been waiting 10 minutes at 1830. Told him car was booked for 1830 so what is the issue? Not my fault he turned up early... He muttered something and his manner was appalling. Wont be using them again and wouldnt recommend them.

Booked taxi at 5pm for pick up 7pm. Phoned 7.10 and they said still trying to get taxi. Phoned again 7.30 and still trying to get me a taxi. Ended up cancelling and got a network private hire within 10 mins.poor show. Wont use again

It seems to be a regular occurrence in previews reviews. Being severely disabled I ordered a taxi to be told 40 minutes. An hour passed, so I called back and spoke to a nice girl who advised she would send driver back to me. then 20 minutes later I got.. yes you guessed it the same rude unhelpful idiot on the phone advising "that's not the same driver that's coming out to you". So again I asked on three separate occasions of the drivers whereabouts as my taxi tracker said five minutes 20 minutes ago. the gent then advised he will not tell me roughly the time in addition to an hour i would wait. I asked for the name of the firms'owners for a complaint, only to be told to call back on Monday and speak to the Office Manager. As I say from the above comments this guy has a record of being like this with customers and regular ones like me. he is obviously in the wrong job. I hope my complaint is taken seriously and I am supplied with the Owner's details. In addition I am contacting GCC

Last week I phoned a taxi when it was snowing and I waited nearly 2 hours for them to phone me back at 11 oclock at night to say they couldnt send a car to get me because they only had 1 driver on and he had decided to go home just before I was to get picked up . I had phoned the operator twice during this wait to ask if I would be waiting much longer so I could start to arrange other ways to get home but they continued to tell me it would be on its way soon only to leave me stranded at half 11 at night baring in mind Im 15!! I decided to brush that off as something that happens as it was snowing but today ( 5 mins ago ) I phoned once again to actually get to my gran whos shielding with her prescription so I phoned the taxi so see how long it would be and the man was nothing but rude , horrible and cheeky telling me I had been picked up so basically what do I want ? WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Just got off a flight back of 9 last night,got outside phoned a taxi woman said ok get one along wait at drop off zone A so thats what we did,half hour goes by phones her back oh we dont have one for that name,then changed her tune yes we do sorry hes just coming into airport now,another 20 mins passes and this time she didnt even answer the phone hope her boss does something about it it was absolutely ridiculous and all the lying,could have just said they didnt have a taxi I would have got somewhere else,defo wont be using them again!!

I had a lovely driver yesterday (Kulvinder) he gave me a free ride home from school and I was really happy and wanted to thank him and his company and it was so warm so I was able to buy ice cream with my money

Great taxi drivers. Always very chatty. Use them a lot. Our regular taxi company. Although i went to call for a taxi and the number has changed? So now i need to use ones i dont like?! Any help
