Called for taxi and couldn't believe how rude the lady was. The taxi turned up 25 minutes after the time I booked it, meaning I missed my train. Called and asked if I could speak to manager and was told to 'get a life' and hung up on.

I booked 2 taxis from the city centre. I tried to track the first because it was late but we were told 'there was nobody there' I reordered it and asked for another one for me and a differeny freind going eleswhere and asked what tariff it would be on because it was now after 12 ... he had no idea what a tariff was... he said my first taxi would be after the second and I said no because that would mean a person to be left in town on their own waiting .. he said well wait regardless of that costing me more due to their mistake I eventually spoke to a supervisor who was sarcastic to me and did not specify when my taxi would be available then the taxi man turned up and recklessly drove in the middle of the road back back to my village alobg Aroads which I filmed The driver also took a bypasses in a different direction to my village and then argued how far away my house was that I have been living in for 25 years, same call office and drivers to Abbey Never again

Wish I could give them no stars at all so rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tried to get my family who aren't even from around here a lift to the train station, didn't know where they were going and they were so un helpful and then black listed me a year later I still can't get a taxi use someone else absolutely ludicrous!!!!!!!!!!!

Probably the biggest and best taxi company in Bath. Never had a problem with them before and they are generally always on time.

So friendly and always ahead of time! You are also notified when they are there to pick you up by phone as they are pulling up! Top top recommendation The best taxi company in Bath by far!
