Useless. Promised to pick me up in Swansea, to Ammanford. Now I'm stuck here till the morning. I've been a good customer, now won't answer the phone to me. Loyalty goes a long way, and he couldn't even be bothered to phone me to say he couldn't make it. AVOID... JUST ANOTHER USELESS TAXI DRIVER. I THOUGHT HE WAS DIFFERENT, BUT SAME OLD UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE TO EXPECT... Also, I used this taxi service for my work services, will not be able to use any more after this issue....

Amazing guy - so reliable, so helpful, so friendly, Richard simply couldn't do enough. We were in Llanelli for a family funeral but Richard was there for us every step (or mile) of the way. Kudos to you Rich - your details are safely stored away for next time (which will hopefully be a happier occasion!)

Having used R&L Taxis during a recent family funeral visit to Llanelli, my Wife, Daughter and myself were extremely pleased with the 'high level' of service given. Nothing was too much trouble for Richard, he was punctual throughout and could not have done any better. We used him on a previous visit to Llanelli and will do so again in the future. Perfect wheelchair access vehicle. Felt totally secure when chair was being loaded & on the whole journey. Definately use them again & totally recommend their services.
