    • Worst taxi company in Basingstoke order anying thing nere 12pm they say thay can't do it till 1 am rude staff on the phone as well and will lie though there teeth there is only 1 taxi company in Basingstoke delta cars cheaper and want to help you un like greedy alfa cars

    • Used this company for a couple of airport journeys recently. Minibus arrived on time, clean bus, driver Mark very pleasant and drove very professionaly with no dramas. Overall excellent service

    • Wouldn't recommend personally. Booked a taxi on Saturday 2nd Sep 17 2 hours before I needed it. 10 minutes passed from our due pickup time so rang to see where it was. The male operator was rude and said how he didn't control the taxis and would get here when it gets here... what's the point in pre booking if it still doesn't arrive. Taxi eventually turned up 40 minutes after it was booked for! Operator was poor in handling this and very bad customer service. As I say personally I wouldn't recommend and would highly recommend you chasing the car up before it's too late for you as well if you do book.

    • Just completely incomplete and will just increase your blood pressure if you use them you have been warned. Two weeks ago I booked this company for a pickup and then cancelled it before the car was despatched however they still charged me £5 as I foolishly used their app which had my credit card details. Got a response, it was a “system” error and I did get my money back, needless to say I removed my credit card details. On Saturday I booked a car 2 1/2 hours before I needed collection. 4 minutes after the collection time, the app says your driver is 30 minutes away. No phone call, no apologies, no explanation. Contacted them directly to be told operations are looking into it. This company is beyond useless. How sending a Mercedes from Wallingford for my fare is “green” is beyond me. Just no good words to say about this awful company. Please avoid for your sanity
