Awful bunch of liars saying they had turned up and no one was there but I was then ordered one hour and a half in advance and still waiting half hour later after 2 phone calls assuring me it is on the way. Had to cancel and missed appointment . Awful bunch of rude liars never use them again

I use Castell daily, I am a pensioner and need help getting in and out of the car. i have had so many different drivers, but they all get straight out of car ready to help me. The lady operator in the day is a lovely lady who ensures the drivers of my needs. hank you Castell

I wouldn't even give them a 1 star! Absolutely shocking service. As for the woman on the phone, how she has a job I don't know. Talk about bad customer service!!!!
