Used this company about 10 times over the past year. Got to say they've always been reliable and never late once. Every driver has also always been friendly, polite and helpful. Now use this company all the time - their past service has given me 100% confidence in them.

Awful bunch of liars saying they had turned up and no one was there but I was then ordered one hour and a half in advance and still waiting half hour later after 2 phone calls assuring me it is on the way. Had to cancel and missed appointment . Awful bunch of rude liars never use them again

Last week I travelled with Capital. The driver arrived on time, knew the roads, found the best route. Yesterday I booked with Capital again. When they hadn't come almost 20 minutes after the agreed time, I called another company. I was on my way, when Capital messaged to say they had finally arrived (35 minutes late!) I ignored them of course. This all meant I was almost late for a class, and it adversely affected my whole evening. They made a promise to come at a certain time, then broke it. I will never use them again.

Having used Capital for 5 years and only them, after todays service I will never use them again. Twice I booked a taxi on their app- I received absolute NO notifications that either bookings were cancelled. We waited 20 minutes, in the cold and rain and I have bad sciatica at the moment so i was in excruciating pain waiting. Finally I rang, when there was no updates on the app. I was polite and explained that there maybe there was a problem with the app to be talked over and interrupted by THE most ignorant, rude dispatcher! God knows what this woman is doing working in customer service! Shed be better off working somewhere you dont have to work with people!! She would not let me talk, tried to fob me off with excuse and was the most unhelpful person I have ever come across! She wouldnt even let me talk to explain the situation properly!! Added to the fact this cardiff based company has no taxis for central cardiff is just ridiculous!! Theyve lost a good faithful customer today

Very poor service booked a cab the day before for a hospital appointment on the day no cab phoned twice given excuses. Had to drive myself so arrived late to my appointment which resulted in me not be able to have any sedation or local anaesthetic making my hospital experience very uncomfortable. Phoned to complain again given excuses I should have be a priority as I booked the day before and it was a hospital appointment. Will not be using or recommend this firm.

I needed to attend the RGH for an investigative procedure today and was anxious to make sure that I arrived at the appropriate time. The M & C car arrived promptly as requested and I was treated in a respectful, courteous and friendly manner by the driver who was completely professional in his conduct. I will not hesitate to use, or recommend , this company again based on my experience.

Booked a taxi and it never turned up.. waited 20 minutes over the aranged time before ringing them. The operator was disinterested and unhelpful, and said it was on its way. Another twenty five minutes and still no taxi. Cancelled and booked another local company, whose cab turned up 5 minutes later. Never again, Rude, unreliable and unhelpful.

Very rude operator, incredibly poor customer care.

This is the rudest, worst run taxi company in caerphilly. I booked a cab for 5pm, rang then at 5.05 to ask how long and it turned out they hadnt even sent a car out. They only told me this after I found she had lied when she first said it wont be long, turns out she couldnt send anything for 20 minutes. I had pre booked this cab with them hours before. The guy on the phone didnt say hello, or goodbye, or thanks you or posses any manors at all.
