Worse company ever! Please don't give your bank details to them! Most of thair drivers are roud,as well thair customer service! I'm taking them to court!

I have been banned for cancelling a taxi only 1 minute after I booked it, the woman I spoke with on the phone said “youre banned, bye” I tried to explain and she spoke over me and then hung up, avoid!!!

Last week I travelled with Capital. The driver arrived on time, knew the roads, found the best route. Yesterday I booked with Capital again. When they hadn't come almost 20 minutes after the agreed time, I called another company. I was on my way, when Capital messaged to say they had finally arrived (35 minutes late!) I ignored them of course. This all meant I was almost late for a class, and it adversely affected my whole evening. They made a promise to come at a certain time, then broke it. I will never use them again.

COMPLETE AMATEURS. WITH INCOMPETENT TELEPHONE STAFF. AS SOON AS A COMPANY WITH HALF DECENT BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE DECIDES THAT THEY CAN DESTROY THESE SCUM THAT DONT WASH AND HAVE NO BRAIN TO ANSWER A TELEPHONE COMPETENTLY. UNTRAINED STAFF THAT LOOSE BUSINESS HAND OVER FIST. Having used Capital for 5 years and only them, after todays service I will never use them again. Twice I booked a taxi on their app- I received absolute NO notifications that either bookings were cancelled. We waited 20 minutes, in the cold and rain and I have bad sciatica at the moment so i was in excruciating pain waiting. Finally I rang, when there was no updates on the app. I was polite and explained that there maybe there was a problem with the app to be talked over and interrupted by THE most ignorant, rude dispatcher! God knows what this woman is doing working in customer service! Shed be better off working somewhere you dont have to work with people!! She would not let me talk, tried to fob me off with excuse and was the most unhelpful person I have ever come across! She wouldnt even let me talk to explain the situation properly!! Added to the fact this cardiff based company has no taxis for central cardiff is just ridiculous!! Theyve lost a good faithful customer today

Absolutely appalling behaviour from the driver and staff including manager. Would not return a phone that was left in a car which had a bank card and other bits in, leaving a vulnerable disabled lady who lives on her own might I add with no means of communication. Although he offered to bring the phone back if she paid for the taxi fare and when she refused he refused to drop the phone off! We we're given a lots of different stories firstly it had apparently been dropped off at the police station but this was not the case then the phone was apparently dropped of to a random guy at a random street and a random house none of us had heard of. We finally got it back from the police station but we have no idea how it actually got there. As far as the staff we're concerned they couldn't do anything their side and hung up on us multiple times! Im absolutely disgusted with the service we have recieved, we will never use this company again and will recommend people DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Spoke to a mute on the phone who hung up when I asked how long the taxi would be. Never showed up. Bad.

Sadly decided not to use this firm anymore as of today following recent experiences which have left me annoyed and frustrated.

After several years of using them, I found lately that they are totally unreliable, and have gone to another company for my journey,s. Even after pre-booking they cannot get it right or on time.

They're professional and get there when they say they will.

I needed to attend the RGH for an investigative procedure today and was anxious to make sure that I arrived at the appropriate time. The M & C car arrived promptly as requested and I was treated in a respectful, courteous and friendly manner by the driver who was completely professional in his conduct. I will not hesitate to use, or recommend , this company again based on my experience.

Always had a great experience with this firm. Drivers and office staff have alway been a delight to talk to. When seeing these reviews i think about what the customers have done to receive this alleged attitude and when busy most office staff will let you know the wait time or if you ask can give an estimated time. Some people need to realise they are also human and not going to be perfect 24 hours of the day. If your taxi is late just call the office and they are happy to help until attitude and abusive language is used. I will continue to use this firm and ignore the bad reviews because most are just complaining because they havent listened to the office staff when told the wait time or because they have missed the car.

Have you got all day.. fed up of them not picking me up and lying saying things like I booked earlier and they rebooked my taxi to someone else or although I had a text with the reg I was told by the driver it was not my taxi. Always saying take it up with the office. But when I ring the office they are very rude one time telling me I used abusive language or I attacked the driver !!!!l I have cctv footage to prove that this was not the case. The reason they dont take me is because I only live 15 minutes down the road and they get offers from other people to take them a lot further so they get more money. Its an appalling way to run a business.

Late every time. Again waited over half an hour for my taxi.

Driver not paying attention to the road (talking to passengers in back seat and veering toward central reservation). Had to request him to pull over as he became argumentative about this. Police called as he accused us of racial slurs and threats. Once police arrive he only wanted his fair. We were left stranded. Clearly not acceptable.

Charged me £11 for a journey that costs a fiver. Complained and got a little refund, sent emails to management who didn't respond. Driver obviously knew he was overcharging. Theives. Horrible company. Don't trust them in the slightest.

Booked them WHILE ON the train 1 hour prior to arrival at station. No sign whatsoever of the taxi I'd booked. I had an urgent engagement that I could not miss. Walked round to the taxi office, where 5 of their drivers started arguing amongst themselves, in which one of their drivers number 195 was extremely aggressive towards me while I watched on in sheer bewilderment. Was then told to wait by a bus stop by one of the over-weight bubble gum chewing girls in their "office", finally got in the taxi some 25 minutes later!!! Not happy. This firm is a waste of time. Avoid.

Must say I feel extremely disappointed in this company, booked (as usual) via App, taxi was late therefore I missed the train. Phone operator blatantly lied saying driver was dropping off, driver proceeded to state he was asked to cover job when I called. Would suggest Star taxis at lest they state they cant get you a certain times

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!! . Twice I have used them and twice I have missed the train. The last time I refused to pay because the office had promised that they would get me to the train on time. My train to Paddington was scheduled to leave at 15.39 so I booked the taxi for 15.00 (usually a 7 minute ride from my home). At 15.03 I telephone the office and was told the driver was just dropping someone else off and would be with me in the next 5 mins. I explained again about catching the train and was told they would get me there on time. The driver eventually turned up at 15.17 and then we hit traffic. I MISSED MY TRAIN!! I refused to pay because I consider that they broke the contract and the driver threatened to call the police!!! I DID NOT PAY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED TO BE ON TIME!!!!! RUBBISH!!

Always drive everywhere but sometimes taxis are nessasary especially when going to the hospital with my mum who is not great at getting around. First time I've used chow and they were fab. Courteous drivers both ways, nice clean cars and on time the one way and very quick to arrive on the return journey that wasn't pre booked. I can only speak as we find and this was an excellent experience and would definitely use again

Maybe its because we'd had a couple of pints I don't know but the taxi seemed really smooth nearly fell asleep excellent stuff.
