Terrible service. Repeatedly late in picking up from the airport They don't even have the courtesy to inform about any such delay. Avoid at all costs.

They couldn't organise a piss-up in a brewery. I waited for 2 hours and no one was able to tell me what the hell was going on. On 3 seperate occasions they promised to call me back and on 3 seperate occasions they failed. Finally, they agreed to charge me 'only' £20 for the inconvenience and said they'd let the driver know. On finally getting home, the driver had no idea about this arrangement and expected me to pay full price as well as the cost of the car park (which no one had told me about). In refusing to pay it was the driver who lost out and not the morons in charge. When I was arguing over the price with them, they actually threatened to cancel the booking if I didn't pay full price. DO NOT USE DIAMOND CARS. You'd be better off taking public transport: it's cheaper and more convenient, wherever you're going.
