The booking was excellent(Rick was very helpful, courteous and beat the lowest quote I had, whilst actually taking note and consideration to arrange an appropriate driver for my elderly father too!)The lovely driver was on time, very helpful,kind and patiently waited and assisted my father too. Will be using again and highly recommended

Charged tourist £250 for a £50 journey Demanded cash before setting off! Actually demanded 330 euro but she only had 300 so they took all that. BEWARE OF CROOKED COMPANY

I just used ACC through a comparison website, price was competative. The cab was on time and very friendly driver

Just used this company. Booked a cab at 10.30 to pick me up at 11. It turned up at 11.21 when I told the company that it was unacceptable that they were so late when I booked 50 mins before the controller said "that's how this business works. It's not our fault the previous customer took too long." No apology and no notice they were going to be late. Not using them again.

Worst customer service plus rudeness and no time scale even if you please I got work Im late please stay away from them they take your time with rudeness plus no customer care with full off cancellations

Worst service I have ever received , hit every trigger I have about being on a car after an accident to be told it was the office that told him to speed, but then to be told by the office I was lieing, over spoken at every point and no questions answered by phone staff Never use this service drivers and staff dont care about passengers safety in any way

Driver doing 50mph in a 20 and doing hand brake turn on corner rang taxi office and got told oh well we have your money all ready. FY62WOA OFFICE WAS RUDE AND TALK OVER US and on top of that said don't care and hung up multiple times NEVER USE AGAIN
