    • I would not recommend this cab station. The cab smelled of B.O and the seats was sticky. and he driver was made several racist remarks. He refused to drive without my money first even though I asked me to drop me to the cash point. I thought I would be better off getting a local cab but honestly i was better off with a uber. The cab I drove in a 578 if you get this cab cancel trust me you are better off walking.

    • Would give zero stars if possible. I would like to warn people - NEVER use this company. Booked through Minicabit but because this is clearly just one guy who registered as a company instead of a bona-fide cab company, he left my husband and I stranded at Heathrow airport after a long-haul flight because he wanted more money than what we had paid through Minicabit an extra £25 cash in hand to be exact). These people are essentially Uber so expect random fare changes, or being abandoned places if you've pre-booked them and they can get more money doing Uber. What makes this worse for us is that I'm newly pregnant and this kind of stress is absolutely sickening to have to deal with. I hope you feel ashamed of yourself and the outcome of your greed.

    • Terrible service for airport pickup. Driver was late, had to spend ten minutes on the phone negotiating to get him to pick me up in the terminal which is standard with all other services I have ever used, he complained repeatedly about having to pay for parking and could barely make himself understood in English, and did not take my bags. Called controller and was yelled at for complaining and told I was in the wrong for not specifying in terminal pickup. Never using again.

    • If I could give no star I would. Shocking from start to finish. Prebooked a taxi from Gatwick that arrived an hour late. When we called to complain to controller, a rude obnoxious man, said there was nothing he could do and put the phone down. When we told the driver about his attitude he said we weren't alone with having problems with the MOT. Don't bother using if you want reliable, prompt and friendly service!
