    • Very rude and racist. Told them my name and he started laughing and said whats that. I had to tell him 4 times. On another day while calling them the guy picked up the phone and said wait and kept me on hold for 10 mins when i said i was in a rush he said okay bye and put the phone down. Customer service is very bad and they are very rude.

    • Absolutely terrible company!!! I phoned for a taxi for me and my son the first driver they send was rude swearing then drove off when phoned to complain about the taxi driver the lady on the phone tried blaming me they sent another taxi driver who kicked me and my 4 year old son out of his taxi because I told him was going to complain after he kicked us out started shouting out the window enjoy your walk then stuck his two fingers up at us.... what a joke of a company will never ever use them again they should be shut down!!

    • Called today evening to order taxi from Victoria road. Lady over the phone said to me the waiting time is 30 minutes, I said I will wait. After 50 mins nobody came. When rang number again lady over the phone said that they do not have my order. When I asked how is that possible she literally started shouting on me, she was very very rude. She should be fired from work as she can't speak to people. Horrible service, no apology, rude, disgusting

    • Charged us tariff 3 Friday to go to a kids party a £18 fare costing £36 one way absolutely disgusted did debate this with the driver he said he can charge what he likes and he went the one route. Wil not use these again very disssointed.

    • shockingly bad experience, booked 5 hrs in advance As travelling in from London. Office phoned 5 mins prior booked time, said "no cars" cannot hold cars for a fare worth a few quid. when I pointed out, it was a £20 fare, ok not a fortune, but not a "few quid" also, plus keeping kids of 8 years old waiting an hour at midnight in the city centre was unacceptable! especially when booked with A ample 5hrs notice, the reply was "wait or cancel" I will never trust or rely on this company to transport my family again.

    • Have used Datacabs numerous times and think people are quick to criticise but often when given a good service at a decent price they often dont leave a positive review. I can honestly say Ive never had any problems with this cab firm going back to when they were called Diamond cabs, alright Ive had a few that were late because theyre a busy firm but they always turned up and the drivers are always polite and friendly. Just thought it was about time someone gave a positive review.

    • Had 3 pre booked taxis With these and 1 out of the 3 turned up. Was left stranded at the Liberty Stadium after a concert rang to find out where my taxi was and the rude man on the phone instantly hung up

    • We have ordered from Datacabs three times in the last 3 weeks and had the taxi arrive a grand total of 0 times. Ringing up again last night, 10 minutes after it was supposed to arrive, to see where the taxi was we were informed that our address had been black listed for fighting in the taxi. Having moved into the address at the start of September and not once getting into a Datacab taxi this is insane. The very fact that we were not informed of our blacklisting and were made to think that the taxi had be booked lead to us arriving considerably later that required to our event. I would award 0/5 if allowed as Datacabs failed to provide us the most service.

    • Driving so dangerous, that I had to call the police. Extremely aggressive and irresponsible behaviour. 20th July 2018 an Oyster Minicab intentionally swerving, braking and cutting me up, then forcing me into the oncoming lanes on Mumbles Road. Driving so reckless I wouldn't be surprised if he had been drinking.

    • They should be named Oyster ScumCabs - arrogant driver of OY62 NER Friday night 10th November 2017 using Thistleboon Rd as freeway - this is an access only road to Thistleboon! When tackled on this he was obnoxious and threatening - use these if you dare! This is not unusual, other drivers from this company do the same - complete disregard for regulations - so called "professional" drivers. Sadly, it is not only this taxi company that abuse this as ordinary drivers use this as a short cut too. I would like to think that management take this driver to task and instruct their drivers to act appropriately - I suppose I can dream!

    • Well Yellow cabs surpassed themselves today on tardiness. Called for a can at 3.50 and was told it would be 10 minutes. 7 phone calls later being told cab on its way, be there in 2 minutes, cab finally arrived at 4.50 pm 1 hour after it was booked. I was frozen to the core and late for an appointment at 5. The controllers must go o a course for 'How to lie to the customer" But the best bit was at 4.30 I was told by the same controller I'm surprised your still waiting. Well when your told 7 times cab is two minutes away, why wouldn't you wait. un-bloody- believable ! .
