Driving so dangerous, that I had to call the police. Extremely aggressive and irresponsible behaviour. 20th July 2018 an Oyster Minicab intentionally swerving, braking and cutting me up, then forcing me into the oncoming lanes on Mumbles Road. Driving so reckless I wouldn't be surprised if he had been drinking.

They should be named Oyster ScumCabs - arrogant driver of OY62 NER Friday night 10th November 2017 using Thistleboon Rd as freeway - this is an access only road to Thistleboon! When tackled on this he was obnoxious and threatening - use these if you dare! This is not unusual, other drivers from this company do the same - complete disregard for regulations - so called "professional" drivers. Sadly, it is not only this taxi company that abuse this as ordinary drivers use this as a short cut too. I would like to think that management take this driver to task and instruct their drivers to act appropriately - I suppose I can dream!

Rang to ask the price on a route. Lady wasnt happy when i gave her a cheaper quote from another company. Her attitude then was horrible & hung up.

Waited a while but it was the weekend and i think the cabs need updating but the guy was great and knew his way around.

Was expensive but it was late and quite a distance that we travelled. Friendly and clean and the driver was chatty and knew some short cuts too which helped!

George was very helpful finding me a ride to the train station when there was no other taxis around. Its kind of him to be understanding and arrange for a ride.

Richard was fantastic, our original driver had cancelled in the morning of the ride, I found Richards details and he was amazing, he communicated well, was understanding of my elderly mothers needs, nothing was too much trouble. Great guy, amazing service will be using going forward!!!

Used this company for as long as I can remember always 20 quid plus fares. Always tip. No driver has ever had a problem with me carrying my small day on my lap until today. Driver turned up with a face like a smacked "A" and refused the fare. Now I'm late for work I will NEVER EVER use this company again for personal or business use.

cab booked in advance by event organiser for participant. Booked for 5.30 rang 3 times to find out when cab would arrive. Told they were busy even though i pointed out if they don't have the cars dont take the booking. Eventually turned up at 6.30 one hour late. The attitude shown to the customer by this company is appalling. Use at your peril and not when looking to catch a train

shockingly bad experience, booked 5 hrs in advance As travelling in from London. Office phoned 5 mins prior booked time, said "no cars" cannot hold cars for a fare worth a few quid. when I pointed out, it was a £20 fare, ok not a fortune, but not a "few quid" also, plus keeping kids of 8 years old waiting an hour at midnight in the city centre was unacceptable! especially when booked with A ample 5hrs notice, the reply was "wait or cancel" I will never trust or rely on this company to transport my family again.

Have used Datacabs numerous times and think people are quick to criticise but often when given a good service at a decent price they often dont leave a positive review. I can honestly say Ive never had any problems with this cab firm going back to when they were called Diamond cabs, alright Ive had a few that were late because theyre a busy firm but they always turned up and the drivers are always polite and friendly. Just thought it was about time someone gave a positive review.

I prebooked a taxi for Christmas day last year and it was there at the allotted time with a tinselled up car and driver. One of the few firms open all year round.

She gave me is phone no so we phoned him 2 take as home at 9 , he ripped as of told as it was Triple time , from town to Llansamlet then llangyfelach charged as £43 not happy and would never use abba cabs again and would never recommend them to anyone , I know times are hard but its been hard for as all , and dont like been ripped off

They were great, fast and friendly. Didnt mind there were a few pick ups along the way and he knew his way around for short cuts which is a bonus.

Called today evening to order taxi from Victoria road. Lady over the phone said to me the waiting time is 30 minutes, I said I will wait. After 50 mins nobody came. When rang number again lady over the phone said that they do not have my order. When I asked how is that possible she literally started shouting on me, she was very very rude. She should be fired from work as she can't speak to people. Horrible service, no apology, rude, disgusting

Although they are in desperate need of new cabs as the interior are ofter ripped or dirty, they are reliable, on time, and we recognise the drivers.(being female its nice)

The cabs are not the most fancy but the drivers are friendly and very helpful. The prices are good and they are reliable although have been late but only at peak periods

My friend's and I used this mini bus service to take us up and pick us back up from a night out in Cardiff. Driver was so lovely, and the price was good. Cheaper than all over quotes. Definitely recommend

Excellent. Clean minibus, very reasonable tarrif and very punctual. Driver polite and sociable. Would recommend this firm. We will use them as first choice in future.

My girlfriend had a quote provided for a journey - £8 each way. The next day, she went ahead and booked the journey, mentioning that she needed a vehicle that can transport a wheelchair, and the fare went up to £20 each way. I'm not sure this is legal and I recommend you steer clear of these people.

Highly recommend Cwmbwrla cabs I have always used them myself but tonight my 15yr old daughter had to get a taxi home for the first time on her own they were absolutely amazing Thankyou so much xxxx

Always use Cwmbwrla when im down my friends, mums or in town. They are reliable and friendly and if you go to the office to book theres a lush hot chocolate machine while you wait!

The car wasn't great, a bit scruffy to be honest and the driver was rather grumpy but the price was cheaper than usual so can't really complain.

A little late but they were very appologetic and were very friendly. Cars were nice and i would use them again.

Rang this firm as it was local for a friend. They were very helpful and came straight away. As it was late and she was on her own they sent a lady driver which was very impressive!

Multiple uses from Swansea City Centre to surrounding areas, affordable and timely, no complaints.

Charged us tariff 3 Friday to go to a kids party a £18 fare costing £36 one way absolutely disgusted did debate this with the driver he said he can charge what he likes and he went the one route. Wil not use these again very disssointed.

Appalling...30 mins late picking up...did not Know where going and then just didn't turn up for the return pick up abandoning us. Luckily a more professional firm picked us up as it was midnight . unable to contact them to enquire where taxi was as constantly engaged. APPALLING service....Will NEVER use them again

Absolutely terrible, was told that I would have taxi by 9.10am but to be ready for 9am just incase ... I was catching a train to see my grandchildren in haverfordwest... I of course missed that connection as the driver turned up at 09.17am! So precious time list with my beautiful grandsons ! No immediate apology for being late in the 1st instance, only consolation was I did not pay the fare and that was only confirmed by myself having to talk to someone in charge ! Never use this company again . If they thought they could not get there in time they should not of let me book it if they had any doubt... most other companies would of taken you to your destination as it was their fault .. never mind they do not really care at the end of the day !

Amazing guy - so reliable, so helpful, so friendly, Richard simply couldn't do enough. We were in Llanelli for a family funeral but Richard was there for us every step (or mile) of the way. Kudos to you Rich - your details are safely stored away for next time (which will hopefully be a happier occasion!)

Having used R&L Taxis during a recent family funeral visit to Llanelli, my Wife, Daughter and myself were extremely pleased with the 'high level' of service given. Nothing was too much trouble for Richard, he was punctual throughout and could not have done any better. We used him on a previous visit to Llanelli and will do so again in the future. Hghly recommended, well done Richard !!.
