Definitely the most reliable taxi & minibus service in Porthcawl, their vehicles are always exceptionally clean and the drivers are always very happy and chatty, highly recommend if you haven't tried them before.

Text driver Dave phone no 07769903899 Pick my friend up at sa1 on the 24th of December took her in to Swansea he told her it was time & 1/2 for taxis that day . She gave me is phone no so we phoned him 2 take as home at 9 , he ripped as of told as it was Triple time , from town to Llansamlet then llangyfelach charged as £43 not happy and would never use abba cabs again and would never recommend them to anyone , I know times are hard but its been hard for as all , and dont like been ripped off

A little late but they were very appologetic and were very friendly. Cars were nice and i would use them again.

Rang this firm as it was local for a friend. They were very helpful and came straight away. As it was late and she was on her own they sent a lady driver which was very impressive!

Multiple uses from Swansea City Centre to surrounding areas, affordable and timely, no complaints.

Charged us tariff 3 Friday to go to a kids party a £18 fare costing £36 one way absolutely disgusted did debate this with the driver he said he can charge what he likes and he went the one route. Wil not use these again very disssointed.

Rang to ask the price on a route. Lady wasnt happy when i gave her a cheaper quote from another company. Her attitude then was horrible & hung up.

Waited a while but it was the weekend and i think the cabs need updating but the guy was great and knew his way around.

Was expensive but it was late and quite a distance that we travelled. Friendly and clean and the driver was chatty and knew some short cuts too which helped!

Used this company for as long as I can remember always 20 quid plus fares. Always tip. No driver has ever had a problem with me carrying my small day on my lap until today. Driver turned up with a face like a smacked "A" and refused the fare. Now I'm late for work I will NEVER EVER use this company again for personal or business use.

cab booked in advance by event organiser for participant. Booked for 5.30 rang 3 times to find out when cab would arrive. Told they were busy even though i pointed out if they don't have the cars dont take the booking. Eventually turned up at 6.30 one hour late. The attitude shown to the customer by this company is appalling. Use at your peril and not when looking to catch a train

shockingly bad experience, booked 5 hrs in advance As travelling in from London. Office phoned 5 mins prior booked time, said "no cars" cannot hold cars for a fare worth a few quid. when I pointed out, it was a £20 fare, ok not a fortune, but not a "few quid" also, plus keeping kids of 8 years old waiting an hour at midnight in the city centre was unacceptable! especially when booked with A ample 5hrs notice, the reply was "wait or cancel" I will never trust or rely on this company to transport my family again.

Have used Datacabs numerous times and think people are quick to criticise but often when given a good service at a decent price they often dont leave a positive review. I can honestly say Ive never had any problems with this cab firm going back to when they were called Diamond cabs, alright Ive had a few that were late because theyre a busy firm but they always turned up and the drivers are always polite and friendly. Just thought it was about time someone gave a positive review.

Shocking service.. ordered a taxi to pick my disabled dad and deaf mother up from a restaurant.. taxi said 15 mins and SMS to say it's on its way.. my parents stood out side to wait.. 1 hour later still no taxi. The operator was unhelpful, dismissive and told my parents to wait inside as they can't give a time... Offered no appology... I know their service has been getting worse but this is the last time I would ever use or recommend this company...

We had prebooked two cabs, one to take us to the location and one to bring us back home. Both were cancelled for no reason before the time that the cabs were booked for. After calling the company up they suggested that we had not answered the cab drivers calls and therefore it was our fault. However, we never received a call from either driver and were standing at the pickup location both times at least 10 minutes before. Not only were we left without a cab late at night when we just wanted to get home, we are both young women so this obviously an unsafe situation for us to be in. In the end we booked a cab with a different company. I would recommend staying away from this company at all costs.

Booked a taxi for the morning to train station stating time of train etc, in the morning they said nothing was booked!!!!! I've been late to work few times after booking in advance too!!!! Whats the point of giving people the chance to book Yellow Cabs can never be trusted!!!!! awful customer service

Awful left an old frail lady standing in the rain for well over half an hour!!! Dont know what has happened to the firm but will not use them again!! Not even worth the one star I gave them!

I prebooked a taxi for Christmas day last year and it was there at the allotted time with a tinselled up car and driver. One of the few firms open all year round.

They were great and will be using them again. The driver was very friendly and they were on time what more do you want!

Called today evening to order taxi from Victoria road. Lady over the phone said to me the waiting time is 30 minutes, I said I will wait. After 50 mins nobody came. When rang number again lady over the phone said that they do not have my order. When I asked how is that possible she literally started shouting on me, she was very very rude. She should be fired from work as she can't speak to people. Horrible service, no apology, rude, disgusting

Although they are in desperate need of new cabs as the interior are ofter ripped or dirty, they are reliable, on time, and we recognise the drivers.(being female its nice)

The cabs are not the most fancy but the drivers are friendly and very helpful. The prices are good and they are reliable although have been late but only at peak periods

Highly recommend Cwmbwrla cabs I have always used them myself but tonight my 15yr old daughter had to get a taxi home for the first time on her own they were absolutely amazing Thankyou so much xxxx

Always use Cwmbwrla when im down my friends, mums or in town. They are reliable and friendly and if you go to the office to book theres a lush hot chocolate machine while you wait!

The car wasn't great, a bit scruffy to be honest and the driver was rather grumpy but the price was cheaper than usual so can't really complain.

Very nice flowers, i only had the number off my friend by chance but will def use them again.

Always so helpful and even offer advice when traffic might be a problem.

Driving so dangerous, that I had to call the police. Extremely aggressive and irresponsible behaviour. 20th July 2018 an Oyster Minicab intentionally swerving, braking and cutting me up, then forcing me into the oncoming lanes on Mumbles Road. Driving so reckless I wouldn't be surprised if he had been drinking.

They should be named Oyster ScumCabs - arrogant driver of OY62 NER Friday night 10th November 2017 using Thistleboon Rd as freeway - this is an access only road to Thistleboon! When tackled on this he was obnoxious and threatening - use these if you dare! This is not unusual, other drivers from this company do the same - complete disregard for regulations - so called "professional" drivers. Sadly, it is not only this taxi company that abuse this as ordinary drivers use this as a short cut too. I would like to think that management take this driver to task and instruct their drivers to act appropriately - I suppose I can dream!

Useless. Promised to pick me up in Swansea, to Ammanford. Now I'm stuck here till the morning. I've been a good customer, now won't answer the phone to me. Loyalty goes a long way, and he couldn't even be bothered to phone me to say he couldn't make it. AVOID... JUST ANOTHER USELESS TAXI DRIVER. I THOUGHT HE WAS DIFFERENT, BUT SAME OLD UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE TO EXPECT... Also, I used this taxi service for my work services, will not be able to use any more after this issue....
